If I could give zero stars I would.This company is a joke giving me the runaround for months now promising to give me a tracking number and saying it will give it to me in 24hrs ...15 emails later nothing !!! Don't get scammed by ordering off this company

Scam, Lies about returns, will fight reviews, Pologize!

In addition to all reviews below, Pologize continuously challenges the validity of my review and then I have 3 days to respond. Sometimes while traveling that is challenging. Since my previous reviews, Pologize (September 4) let me know my refund "had been processed successfully" but no refund has been issued and they wish me the best resolving the issues with my credit card company. Pologize also challenges the validity of this review. Pologize, I will save you and trustpilot the trouble, my order number is #162922. This is a valid review.

This is the mail I received 10 days…

This is the mail I received 10 days ago, after 8 months the Pologize keeps repeatedly promising to refund for non delivery, but no money back: Hi,

This website seems to be a scam

This website seems to be a scam. I ordered and paid, but no shipment. They promised twice to ship and claim they can't cancel the order due to "personalised production that can take 3-7 days".... well - it is now 2 months and nothing is there

Think twice about it

Two months and still do not have a tracking number
So I made a order on the 19/4/2023 and still don’t have a tracking number after emailing then about the problem all they do is tell me it’s a Packaging problem and it’s been fixed and that it’s on the way but they still don’t offer a tracking number to prove what they are saying is the truth then they offered me a 10% discount from my trouble

Never received $170+ worth of shirts

Ordered in March -$170+ for shirts. They said they were changing warehouses and delivery might be delayed. Contacted them in May; same excuse about warehouses. Contacted PayPal who sent my concern to Pologize - haven’t heard anything! Stay away…

Never received order.

Ordered a jacket on Dec. 1, 2022. Never received it. Made countless efforts to contact and, despite being told the order was being processed, never received my order. This business is a scam. Do not order from them.

My order eventually arrived in late…

My order eventually arrived in late April after I ordered in January. A load of chasing - six or seven rounds of the same request and the same assurances, until eventually someone else looked into it and found a warehouse problem and provided an explanation about damage to some orders, they reprocessed mine and it turned up pretty quickly. The standard response to all these complaints on here doesn them no favours. My sense is they are not a fraud site but are a middle who don't really have control over their suppliers in China.

I was happy-ish with the products I received. The long sleeve tops I really like and was pleased to get another, but for the tshirts the material was inferior. All in all I won't put myself through the risk of wasting so much time in future, in spite of their 10% discount goodwill gesture

I'm in UK and ordered nearly month…

I'm in UK and ordered nearly month ago... customer service is not helping at all .. I'm still waiting for the famous "Tracking number" .. I've got an email from their customer service with an excuse .. and still nothing happens .. I want my money back ,if clothes won't arrive at all..

Spend your money elsewhere

The quality of their clothes does not justify their prices at all, they are EXTREMELY overpriced, take my advice, do a simple image search on google on the picture of a clothing item you like(right click and hit search image on google), almost all of their designs are sold for 1/4th to 1/3rd the price on aliexpress, pologize is really just the middle man that has found a way to stay relevant in the market by overcharging unsuspecting buyers who don't know how to search for things on google, so i hope this tip helps unwary customers out there, do a google search and see what price is offered on other websites.

This company is a fraud big time

This company is a fraud big time. I don’t know why their site is still accessible. They have to be took down from the internet. Customer service is just dust in the customers eyes. After three months and two complaints nothing happened. Still didn’t received my order. Not even a tracking number.

Absolutely terrible

I placed an order worth $160 on the 2nd of February (order #162140) and haven't received any shipping confirmation or any updates following the initial confirmation. I've submit a query through the online portal and have also written to the given email several times but haven't heard back. To make matters worse, I tried calling repeatedly and the number seems to me disconnected. This service is absolutely abysmal and I demand a refund immediately. I can't wait longer than a month for a shipping confirmation for a delivery that was supposed to be fulfilled within 2 weeks.

Really Poor

Placed an order end of November, didn't receive it so opened a customer service ticket. Got an email saying there were difficulties getting my order packaged and shipped correctly...that they would resend with my approval or offer store credit. I emailed back saying to resend the order and heard nothing until 5 days later when I get an automatic message saying my email couldn't be delivered. So, I opened another ticket, same response, sent back an email and got same 'message could not be delivered' response. So now I am stuck in limbo with no order. Not much good giving me store credit either if I can't get an order delivered! Very poor customer service, won't be buying from them again! Buyer beware!
