I had no clue about life insurance/ critical cover. The guy i spoke to Scott Williams was amazing really helpful and explai ed everything in depth would highly recommend.

Lewis short - absolutely amazing! Really helpful and efficient, no pressure and very understanding! Customer service is fab and I’d highly recommend this company and with the help of Lewis.

James had a great customer service on explaining to me on the policy and what it covers. He is attentive to details and very thorough though the process, providing explanations and support when I have questions. Thank you team and keep the great service !

A refreshing experience speaking with an insurance company! Having someone personable and friendly on the other end of the phone as appose to somebody sticking to a script made all the difference. Had no hesitations taking out life insurance for the first time today with Polly having been recommended by a friend :)

I had such a great experience with Polly Life Insurance. Kalem Henry was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He explained everything really clearly and made the whole process so easy to understand without making it feel overwhelming or complicated especially having two young boys and giving me time to attend to there needs one 6 months old and a autistic 3 year old.

What stood out most was how down-to-earth, friendly and genuine he was. I never felt pressured or rushed into anything, and he took the time to make sure I understood everything and was happy with my choices.

It honestly felt more like having a normal conversation with someone who genuinely wanted to help rather than a typical insurance call. I came away feeling really reassured and confident with everything that had been put in place.

Couldn’t recommend Kalem enough — an absolute credit to Polly. Thank you so much! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
