Mike helped make my experience easy understanding, I got exactly what I needed, and peace of mind for my cover that has been put in place.

Today I spoke to Lewis Routley and he has been such a joy to speak to and take me through the process step by step he made it so easy and he constantly reassured me and made sure I understand to what Im agreeing too. He is honestly amazing!!

I saw an advert for Polly on Instagram and decided to look through the website for more information. After filling in my details, I received a call from Lewis Routley within 20 minutes.

I have to say, his telephone manner was impeccable. I genuinely have no complaints. He provided me with all the information I needed, explained everything thoroughly, and made the whole conversation feel so comfortable and relaxed.

It honestly felt like I was talking to a friend, while at the same time, Lewis was able to gather everything he needed to make the sign-up process smooth and straightforward.

I’ve had call backs from life insurance before and just out the phone down as the call felt draining to me but Scott made me laugh throughout the call whilst also being informative, professional and putting me on the life insurance train. 10/10

Really good, I requested a quotation and got a call back shortly after. James Green was really helpful. He talked me through everything clearly and helped me understand everything. I previously got quoted a ridiculous amount from elsewhere, but I got a really good quote with Polly that covers everything I need. I felt no pressure to go through with anything if I didn’t want to and James was not pushy, he offered me different quotes to work within budget and made me feel comfortable. Would recommend.

I spoke with Adam Grinter and he was honestly so wonderful, his customer service was fantastic, spoke to me calmly and explained everything very well to me and was so amazing when my little boy was crying and he allowed me to calm him down before continuing, definitely recommend him as he’s very lovely to talk to.
