We received excellent services from Pollard Machin Estate Agent recently specially Katie Haile was very friendly, explain the next steps and understand our urgency to confirm a property asap. Matthew Joyce is also very cooperative, tries his best to support us about to arrange viewing within 24 hrs and replied my email within few minutes of my inquiry. So far received brilliant customer services from both Katie & Joyce. I will definitely recommend this agent to my friends and family members to use their services.
