ollie and nell the tutor i had started out with in the beginning of year 13 genuinely changed my whole a level experience! i hated the subject at the beginning of year 13 and was consistently getting Ds throughout year 12 with the use of the webinars and flashcards espically i was able to build up knowledge, exam techniques and a general enjoyment of the subject. i moved up to a B/A by the end of year 13 and i hope to get this by the end of if the year. don’t think that would have been possible without politics explained so give all the credit to them 🤞🤞

Shea was a fantastic tutor. Super friendly and really improved my confidence, I quickly jumped from Cs to As with the essay skills she gave me!

was really happy with the free videos on the youtube - all videos were really well explained and detailed, with great examples and analysis. Bought the 6hr webinar for global politics paper 3 and it did not disappoint - really concise knowledge and examples that covered everything i needed to know for every part of the specification. I cannot recommend Shea Williams highly enough. She is, without a doubt, the most impactful educator I have ever worked with.

Absolutely amazing resources, honestly made me feel so much more confident going into my 2026 A-Level exams. I would put emphasis on the politics explained flashcards, they give you everything you need to know and more, securing a good grade.

The essay plans are so helpful!! They are so detailed and the updated examples are so helpful and remove the added stress during exam season of trying to find examples. They've really helped to boost my grade.

Politics explained was literally the crutch of my a-level. Albeit more info than generally needed, ollie is able to equip you with the best possible examples and comprehensive knowledge needed for all three papers.

Politics explained was unreal for Edexcel content, especially with up to date examples, and made revision much easier to structure compared to when I didn’t have their resources. Highly recommend using them and very thankful

I have just finished my final Politics exam (and final ever A Level exam) and I can honestly say that Politics Explained saved my A Level in Politics, pushing me up from an A/B to a high A* - I could not have done this without the essay plans and videos from Politics Explained. I recommend it to every Politics student it is such a vital resource. I am forever grateful to every person as Politics Explained, thank you so much!

Edit: I have just received my A Level results and got a high A* in politics. So amazing, better than most of schools content & lessons, brilliant YouTube channel aswell. I paid for some essay plans and notes but the free content alone is enough to get you an A*, so really accessible and useful resources, 10/10!
