I do not recommend having insurance with this company. The level of communication is poor, they answer emails very slowly, do not send contracts on time—or at all—and then impose their own terms. They just send an invoice and say they will charge it, without an official contract. When you want to cancel, they say it’s only possible after a year, but where is that written? Nowhere. They mentioned a 14-day cooling-off period, but on day 11, they already claim that period is over. Just ridiculous. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

Great insurance. They help a lot. First time insurance Company that takes really quick telephone and answer al my questions ( soms easy ones but not for me). Thank you for so patience.

I strongly recommend not to have any insurance with this company. They are very unprofessional. My insurance was canceled supposedly because I didn’t pay. But I paid all my bills on time. His records were incorrect. I received a lot of calls to remind me of something that never happened

i ve made a company insurance for zzp and after few days i ve tried to close it because ing give me a better deal , but seems they force me keep the insurance they don t want me to close it even if it was in thise 14 days .bad experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Polisa.nl. Initially, I requested a house insurance quote but decided to cancel it before the start date because ING Bank offered a much better price. The cancellation seemed straightforward with Vaiva and I received confirmation via email from Raimonda on January 31st, stating that no direct debits would be made.

To my shock, on February 4th, €69.67 was debited from my account despite the clear confirmation. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a breach of trust. I immediately requested a refund through my bank, reported the unauthorized transaction, and blocked Polisa.nl from making further debits.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company. There are plenty of legitimate insurance providers in the Netherlands that offer better prices and transparent practices. Polisa.nl seems to take advantage of people who may not speak English or Dutch fluently, which is unethical.

I hope this kind of behavior is not tolerated in the Netherlands, and I will not be using their services again.

Very bad experience with this company. I was charged for a too high rate and it took almost six months to make it clear and to solve it.

Avoid these insurance thieves. All lies in their advertisements. After signing the contract, nothing is correct and then they don't give a damn. They extort money from people.

In short Horrible experience! Why? The cost was almost double! Have to stay with them for 1 year... very difficult to cancel insurance with them, had to pay one month fee just to stop insurance.. stay away from them

Misleading people in facebook commercials, to gain clients. Very bad practice, should avoid.
