Needs training
I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this company. From the moment they answered the phone—without so much as a proper greeting—it was clear that customer service is not a priority. The representative I spoke with also seemed to have no understanding of basic business distinctions, like the difference between a contractor and an employee. It’s evident that their team needs serious training in both communication and fundamental industry knowledge. I would not recommend working with them until they improve.

Being able to get a quote and pay for it online without needing to speak to a representative was convenient. However, I have received the receipt for payment, but not information in regards to my policy or a certificate. Now I need to hunt down that info to have on file for my business.
