My experience with Policy Powerhouse…

My experience with Policy Powerhouse was made great by Megan Birch. Her customer service and knowledge was above and beyond. She made extra efforts to ensure that I had the best policy in place despite our complex needs and went out of her way to help me achieve that on a tight timeline. I will be using Policy Powerhouse going forward as a result of the wonderful customer service I received and will recommend to anyone who needs insurance. Thank you!

Outstanding service

Couldn't recommend highly enough

A Company that listens to what the risk is and insures the facts not the data!!
Our stone barn was built circa 1800. It was rebuilt, concrete floors, repointing, new roof, totally re fitted electrically, and plumbing added. All to the latest building regulations. This has now been reflected in the premium.

Excellent Customer service and a fine product - with none of the usual issues.

Excellent Customer service. I rang, expecting the usual questions and a "we will call you back in a day or so", but instead I had a quote in less than 30 mins! It turned out to be the lowest of all the ones I bothered receiving, with the lowest excess and the most benefits!

Small firm that punches well above its weight, Policy Powerhouse are a welcome addition to my list of suppliers to stay with!

Great service keenly priced

After speaking to several brokers without any joy I was recommended to Policy Powerhouse who quickly understood the cover we were looking for and sorted it all at a very reasonable price!
