Callum came round and was extremely informative about what had to be done he put me at ease as I have been worried about my home and the damage cause .

Claims process was quick and easy. The claim was swiftly dealt with and completed. Very pleased with the whole process.

We had a bad house fire and we had a decontamination team sent to clean the house . I can say they were excellent - Craig, Joe, Theo and Daniel all worked extremely hard , they were polite, helpful, always had a smile and more than happy to answer any questions . I would highly recommend these guys .

That after being told that a floor would need to be removed before drying could occur they still came installed a dryer that won’t do the job until the sub floor is removed ?

My claim was answered straight away and the plumber firm got to me quickly

Had a leak through are Kitchen ceiling, phoned policy expert whom we have Home insurance, They sent a surveyor out with a camera on a stick bearing in mind we are pensioners, he was so full of his own importance, head so far up his own backside, he told me the work on the gully was poor bearing in mind im no building expert, i paid £2000 for the work on the gully, obviously id been scammed, he seemed to take great pleasure in telling me the gully was repaired badly, said thats where the leak is coming from, claim denied, left us with water coming through Kitchen ceiling, long story short, my wife and i entered the loft bearing in mind we are pensioners, a small space which left us both battered and bruised and found the leak was entering through a failed velux window, gully not leaking at all, he done nothing on the survey took the micky out of the workmanship on the gully and off he trotted, with his camera on a stick, we have complained but as usual with this company it was upheld, and there usual £100 compensation to shut you up, then was told by these people to do our own survey on the velux window, pictures etc,im unsure after 17 years why i was insured with this company, this problem started 4 years ago, but done nothing as moss on roof, if they had took notice then, we wouldnt be in this Dilema, save your money and steer clear, awful company.There reply underneath is incorrect also it is covered you need to understand Surveyors give false information, the £100 is just a shut up and go away token,also asking us to do our own survey on the velux window, which would mean getting on the roof to take pictures, was totaly unacceptable.

Speed and quality of service was excellent. I work in the claim industry and know processes can be overly complicated and lengthy. The handling of this claim was a pleasant surprise

It was so easy to make a claim online. I have never claimed on home insurance before & was pleasantly surprised how simple the process was. An offer was made so fast, excellent service.

It was all good in terms of the claim and how quickly it was approved. The use of third parties and then an end supplier I understand, but from a customer experience perspective it’s a little bit confusing being messaged by different people, it might look a simple process on paper but as a consumer with a busy life I was hesitant to engage because I felt it might be spam or phishing

I am disabled and i have a speech impairment which i need help with.
I felt everyone that i spoke to they were patience with me and explained everything and they were very professional and they help me with my leak in my kitchen.

Very quick responses. Very efficient and clear instructions. No quibble about the estimate.
All easy for an elderly lady to complete!
