Excellent experience with PolicyAdvisor.com, I would advise anyone looking to buy insurance to work with them. I was looking for an insurance to cover my mortgage. The website was very intuitive and i was given access to so many more options that were cheaper than what my bank had offered for mortgage insurance. Once I applied they did a great job of explaining and helping me through the process. Even while I was traveling, I would get constant updates from Jiten and the customer service team. An absolutely seamless process from start to finish. Their customer service is exemplary!

Mr. Jiten reached out to me after I tried online quotes from his website. He sounded very professional and did all I had expected from a professional. His service gives compared quotes from many insurance companies and that is exactly what helps in shopping for rates. I found the information generated by his system very reliable. However, I had to go with my old agent as I have been with him for the past 15 years.

I love the service that they provide. My policy advisor is quick to answer and is always there whenever I need help. Whether it’s a minor problem or a major problem, he’s always there. I’m in the beginning of my adulthood and so dealing with insurance and everything can be overwhelming on my own. In short: Best decision related to insurance that I’ve ever made.
I had the pleasure of having Jiten as my advisor – he made what can be a very confusing topic easy to understand. Not only did he lay out all of my options clearly, he also went above and beyond in getting to know me as a person and even helped me through some of my own difficulties (I REALLY don’t like getting blood work done but he gave me a great pep talk and I ended up getting through it). He was also able to add on a discount I receive through my employer into the policy I chose.
Overall – 10/10, *****, A++, would recommend

Mitch was amazing, I had no knowledge about life insurance and he was patient and describe everything and answered every question I had or could think of, even if it was 9pm on a weekend, Mitch always replied.
