I'm really enjoying this website/app. I've been poling on and off for years but I'm not able to get to my pole studio anymore and I've really missed structured classes. I've had to start from the beginning again and so far I'm finding the Starter Series excellent, it's exactly what I was looking for; structured, detailed classes/course just like studio classes. There is also a wide variety of videos covering different moves, foundations and prep work for tricks, flexibility, strength, cooldowns, and warm ups.

Irina is an excellent teacher, she explains things thoroughly and importantly (for me at least!) gives good cues and reminders for which muscles to engage in moves to stay safe. I feel confident to try new things with her explanations and reassurances.

Both Irina and Carmen are active on their community section and respond encouragingly and offer help in comments under their videos too. It feels like they really care and are passionate about what they do.

The website is easy to use with different types of videos split into logical sections. It's easy to save/bookmark videos for future use in playlists and favourites. It's also easy to filter videos for difficulty and language so I can find what I'm looking for without problems.

Very interesting app with structured classes , full class with warm up, technique and cool down

Charged me for a monthly membership even though I converted it to a lifetime membership BEFORE the free trial period was over. Emailed customer service SEVERAL times and they are either not understanding what I'm saying or are providing crap customer service by being ok with double charging a new customer. Watch out for their billing practices if you sign up!!

Just doing the starter course so far, been really good and thorough and feel like I'm learning techniques really well

This is a great app for beginners to learn and also advanced polers to improve their technique. You can find great tutorials for a lot of moves, each move is explained very thoroughly and carefully, starting from the ground position then moving high onto the pole. There are also warm up and cool down techniques, random exercises to improve strength and flexibility, pole flow tutorials which are mostly live videos which are after archived for viewing later on. The app is divided into multiple sections and it’s very easy to navigate. They are very helpful and responsive with any issues that you have and the price is affordable. The app has German & English options, and most of the tutorials have both language options. However, I found some tutorials which could only be found in German which could be an issue if someone does not speak the language, but that’s just a very small number of videos. They’re working on improving the app and they upload new live videos or tutorials sometimes multiple times a week, so you’ll always have something new to watch. The only thing that I personally found missing was that there are no combos or where to videos from one move to another. Nevertheless, I find this a great app and I really enjoy using it. It has helped me break down and learn some moves quickly and easily.

For now i quite like it, but there are alot of courses missing. Like beginner 12 week program could also be for spin pole, i miss tutorials for floorwork and heel dance. Also some tutorials are available only in german

I am very happy to have become part of the community. We support and help each other. Irina and Carmen explain the tricks and choreos very precisely and with their help many difficulties with pole dancing have been resolved for me and the figures now work very well. What's more, training with the two of them is a lot of fun and can be really personalised thanks to the independent compilation of the tutorials.

Solid content

Fun tutorials with clear instructions. You can put together your own lessons, but you can also join a live session where they prepare the whole lesson for you.
In my opinion, you get a lot of content for a affordable price!
