Extremely DISAPPOINTING Returns customer service!!!
Products recieved in good time and great quality, although store is only a retailer and not the manufacturer.
Communication from customer service is quick.
HOWEVER, when returning an item, the entire refund process is extremely dragged out for absolutely no reason. I returned my order which was recieved more than 2 weeks ago, the return has still NOT been processed. All I get told is 15 business days to process and a further 5 business to send refund. Thats 1 month to wait for a refund on an item you have recieved back! Its a joke!
For thus reason, I would NOT purchase again and nor would I recommend this site to anyone else.

I just purchased a gift card for my girlfriend, but she didn’t end up needing it. I requested a refund, and within five minutes they replied and confirmed it.
This shop truly knows how to treat its customers.
VERY disappointing
I had a very disappointing experience. The sizing chart is completely wrong, the heels I ordered were far too small. Delivery also took a long time. I submitted a return the same day the heels arrived and chose store credit because a refund to the original payment method is SIGNIFICANTLY lower.
It took me over 3 weeks to receive the store credit after chasing them, during which support was not helpful and only told me to wait. I also received marketing emails the whole time, and there was no apology or compensation offered. On top of that, I had to pay for shipping again to get new heels, which was a waste of both my time and money. The store credit itself is still slightly lower than the original price, and there was no exchange option.
Other recent reviews have reported similar issues, so this does not seem to be an isolated case. Overall, extremely frustrating, I would not recommend ordering here.

Ive been waiting since the 16th of…
Ive been waiting since the 16th of December(when they recieved my return) for a store credit refund and still have not received it as of 7th of Jan. Since then multiple sales and vouchers that I have have expired. Incredibly frustrating.
You also get bombarded with add emails so almost rubs salt in the wounds.

Placed an order Nov 22nd. Lost in transit somewhere. Customer Service is zero help. They should have expedited another order through a different carrier as I reached out multiple times stating this was a christmas gift. Zero concern or desire ti make the customer happy. Certainly won't order from this site again . I had ordered from them previously without issue. It appears they're going with a cheaper carrier and it shows. The only thing I have left to do since they won't provide a credit is to dispute the CC charge, which I will be doing.

Will never order here again! Most of the products have bad quality! Stitches all crooked, materials feel cheap and the pricing is quite high sometimes! Some brands have weird sizing, way too small, how does an M feel like a child size? It is also not declared properly in my opinion if some items are excluded from return! Return im general is also not good, very tedious to do and you do not receive a QR Code if outside of the UK. The shops I went to did not accept a return without barcode!!! Never again bad quality and feels very much like a scam sometimes.
ID required for big orders
I have made a small purchase in the past from PJ and they were great. I recently made a fairly large order using PayPal, for the free shipping. Shortly after it was processed I got a scammy sounding email wanting more information and ID. It was actually PJ though and they explained they needed to verify people. I requested a refund as I am not prepared to send my ID for a retail transaction internationally, especially when I have paid by PayPal. They were super nice about it and processed the refund straight away. So the warning is, for a large order expect a request to send your ID,additional to your payment, email address, address and phone number. I'll stick to small orders and keep my ID for things that really need it, but unfortunately that forfeits the free shipping.

This company is so unfriendly and unkind to clients. Usually buying items online is supposed to make life easier. This company sent me defective product which was unusually small for its sizing and so was damaged when I tried it on. They wouldn’t give me a refund despite getting items in on time. I know have a huge store credit and despise this company. Because they aren’t local on the US I can’t even talk to anyone about this and emails with them are cold and impersonal and do t address my concerns. Stay away from this business!

The worst purchase
I bought a pair of Flamingo Pleaser and after not even one month of use they got broken. It happened during a show and I got an injury to my ankle. The quality of the shoes was soooo poor, I’m even doubting they were original, because usually Pleaser are very resistant and good quality brand.
The costumer service didn’t help me at all and they say is normal that the shoes can break.
The result of buy from them: shoes broken and no longer usable, 90€ gone, injury to an ankle.

I never revived my order
I never received my order, and a month later I’m still waiting for a refund even after numerous emails. The last email I sent has not been replied to. I have lost around £50 and can’t see myself getting it back. Only option next will be to go through the financial ombudsman, which is a shame as I would just like my actual order….grippy shorts!
