By the time I'd ordered my shoes I was already receiving a notification that they were being dispatched, which was brilliant. The shoes I bought were beautiful and packaged just as lovely. Great customer service. Ordered before Christmas and knew it wouldn't be delivered until January. A quick email for an eta and it was a rapid response and recieved my boots on the date stated. I love the boots and came very well packaged
