I am giving PolarPeptide a 3.5/5 rating. My experience was a mix of professional-looking product and concerning "shady" tactics that they need to address to build real trust.... See more

I will be a repeat customer. While the shipping took 2/3 weeks, the product in my opinion is excellent and I was able to order everything I needed. Appreciate the return customer discount as well!
When I first ordered I made a mistake on 1 product. I e-mailed in a panic because my order was going out the day I realized the error I made. Polar was happy to change it as it was still there. I got my package today, perfect condition. I will update after 1 month on product.
This is my second order - they singlehandedly have the best customer service in the industry.
My questions get answered right away, shipping was so fast I was surprised (I even ordered on a holiday).
Hands down the BEST supplier for research chems on the market.

Communication was quick and easy, packing is really nice and protective, shipping was quick, simple crypto exchange, batch number on the vial. Overall very happy thus far
Recently purchased DSIP and Epitalon for sleep quality. Been taking for 3 weeks and I’m seeing amazing progress! The products came nicely packaged with a sticker, discount code for my next purchase and a descriptive invoice. Amazing experience will be ordering again
My experience began a little shaky: I didn't understand why PolarPeptides and a couple others only took eTransfer as payment - despite the stated reason on the website - and even after placing my order and sending the eTransfer, I didn't get a response or shipping confirmation for over a week. Several emails and a poor review from me later, I got a personal call from E. (redacted for privacy), a rep at Polar Peptides, who fully explained the situation, specified the legal reasons why they only take eTransfer and not Visa/MC like others are still doing (though not for long, as E. suggested), described the error and what went wrong, and offered a generous concession, to make up for the unfortunate series of events that was shaping up to look like a scam. This accountability and accomodation has renewed and restored my faith in this company. If you're reading this, do make attempts at reaching out every couple of days if you're missing a purchase / shipping confirmation email. E. said their small team doing business and communicating with a huge clientele causes some things to slip through the cracks sometimes. At the end of the day, E. made right on this situation and I have revised my review for that reason.
BY FAR the best company in Canada. Nothing but amazing things to say about the fast and pleasant customer service, shipping, packaging and most importantly the products themselves. Have been taking Cjc/ipamorelin and igf1 and gym performance is through the roof. Bpc/tb is a lifesaver for injuries, and has been a life changer with my nagging shoulder for the last 3 years! 10/10
Have been buying here since November and products and shipping is amazing, always nicely packaged and arrvies within 3-5 days to Vancouver.
So I have waited another week, and since Polar wrote on here that they were willing to help me, and they have ignored all my communication to them. I asked for a COA so I could verify the purity of a peptide BCP 157 capsules after I got very ill. They will not send that COA and they will not speak with me. I can assume their replies on here are perhaps just bots because I have tried everything to contact them and they will not respond. In the meantime, I reached out to many other companies for COA and they gladly have been communicative.
Purity per the COA sent to me was less than the explicit guarantee on website.
Product arrived after 10 days of shipping in a plastic envelope with no temperature control to keep cold. It clearly states to keep refrigerated.
Batch number on vial wasn’t on COA.
Service just made excuses and said that’s all acceptable.
With all the issues in the market of additives, fake product, lack of sterility / bacteria, improper handling / shipping - none of this adds up to a product you should trust injecting into your body. This is not a site to be trusted!
Update: Polar Peptides assured me the product was safe. After 1 injection, there was almost immediate red raised lump that became painful and took over a week to clear up. I sent a picture to customer service and never heard back.
My peptide order arrived within a couple of days, well packaged and on time. Correspondence from Polar Peptides was excellent, with emails every step of the way to confirm my order, shipping, and delivery. Questions were answered promptly on the website as well. I'm looking forward to getting started
0 stars if I could. No response after purchasing, completely stole my money. Fake AI reviews too, you can tell if you look closely at the photos. Scam of a company, do not order.

I used the very safe, and effective way, to reconstitute SLU PP332, as it is a hydrophobic peptide and needs a carrier. Injecting DMSO in the peptide, then slowly, drop by drop, swirl the peptide into the bac water ( bac water was injected into a sterile, new vial). Polar peptides SLU PP 332 turned milky and then it curdled. I’ve never seen this happen with any other SLU PP 332. The DMSO and peptide drops are ALWAYS clear with good SLU PP 332 peptides, and they do not turn milky when dropped into the bac water, let alone curdle after.
I spoke with a representative, sent the directions I followed, and then was belittled, and danced around for 30 mins. I’m trying to speak seriously to them, they are toying with me and asking for information I already sent, then telling me to resend it, and saying I did not send it.
So I screen shot the whole conversation, and will post where I can. But don’t waste your time with them. They have a no return policy so they can say that you tampered with the product. They sell sterile, empty vials on their website, but when you use one to reconstitute their product, they say it’s not right to do that.
I also had some peptide + dmso solution left in their vial, because I saw how it was curdling and stopped, I told them that, and then they move onto another excuse as to why it’s tampered with.
So, they are just not trustworthy. My mistake. Thank goodness I only bought 1.
I saw you can use DSMO and SLU PP 332 peptide topically, so I tried that and there was no effect. They are scammers.
PS. I’m a mom, I have young kids at home, I have no time to deal with people who don’t want to help. I have never left a review about any company, but when your treated so scandalously you don’t want another person to experience the same. Plus their product is not effective.
*** in response to Polar Peptides.
I not only gave you clear instructions on how I did it, I sent you the steps I followed. I did inject DMSO into the peptide as I told you. I did not take the peptide out and then inject it. Like I said before I kept clearly giving the correct information and you kept treating me exactly how your response to my trust pilot post implies.
You make it seem like I did something wrong, when infact a hydrophobic peptide needs a carrier. The fact that your company doesn’t advise this is concerning. All around you guys are very rude and ignorant. I have all the pictures of the conversation where is was clear and transparent about my process and you responded with why are you sending me all this” when further in our conversation you said and I quote “ I have spoken to the specialist and we need to know the specifics step by step how it was done”. I told you then that I had sent the directions.
Then after I told you about the Peptides the was still in the vial from your company, you wanted to know about the peptide and it’s condition. I told you it was in DMSO. You asked three more times and couldn’t accept my answer. I was giving you the exact details and you kept telling me “this is not what I want, I want to know what the state of the peptide in our vial is in”. How clearer could I be?
Anyways, they are not nice people, never had any issues with any other peptide company before. The way Polar Peptides handled my situation was nauseating. As you can see in their response below, there is deflecting and trying to vilify a customer who was already mistreated. Very shady.

Polar Peptides does not respond to emails, they accused me of not looking in a package when I was missing my purchased BAC Water. I paid for expedited shipping, was not provided. They were supposed to ship out missing BAC Water still not received nor are they responding.
As the response states it a false claim it is not. ORDER# 4HS92903P. I will not support this business again.

These people have terrible customer service. You have to chase them with multiple emails and they either reply with the briefest response or not at all. I also think the prices are suspiciously cheap and likely the quality is as well. After making purchases, I read online that many have said the peptides are ineffective.
In response to the merchant's reply- I was a customer-twice. I chased you for days via email, finally got a response and you gave me a number to reach you on WhatsApp, acknowledged the first message but not the remaining 4 asking questions and awaiting the follow up you said you would provide. It's interesting to note how quickly you dispute online reviews, but not reply to your customers. There are other reviews that speak to your unresponsiveness as well.

Everything arrived as ordered and looks great.
This is my first time trying peptides.
Wanted to try Semax as the old brain doesn't seem to remember as much these days.
I’m writing this review in hopes that it helps someone make a better decision when choosing a peptide supplier.
After receiving my order, I noticed that my BPC-157 vial appeared contaminated. There was a hair-like particle clearly visible inside the vial. This was extremely concerning.
Shipping was not particularly fast and you also have to pay extra for it. Normally, ordering from a Canadian supplier should be a plus because of faster delivery, but in this case it didn’t really make much difference. The timeframe ended up being similar to ordering from the U.S., where there are many more established and reputable companies.
I immediately contacted the company and provided clear photos of the contaminated vial, explaining my concerns. Their initial response said they would take the issue seriously and respond with urgent care.
Unfortunately, that’s where the communication stopped.
Customer service seems very responsive when you are asking about products or COAs before purchasing, but when a real concern arises the responsiveness disappears. I contacted them on Monday and now it’s the end of the week with no follow-up.
As you can see from some of the other negative reviews, the response often seems to focus on explanations or excuses rather than addressing the issue directly. I expect the same response here. Regardless, quality control and proper customer support should always be a priority.
I’ll admit that I made the mistake of ignoring some of the negative reviews before ordering, assuming they were isolated cases.
Hopefully this review helps someone take a closer look and do their research before deciding where to order from.

Ordered BPC pills on Mar 6,sent etransfer Mar 6, got them Mar 9. I never leave reviews when I'm happy but felt compelled to do so in this case because all the bad ones appear to be from people who can't follow simple instructions.
I placed the order and I had a slight problem with the email transfer but it was my error. Regardless, I used chat to fix it and they helped me through it all. Chat was friendly and fast, I ended up adding to my original order and they combined everything to ship at the same time. Even though the issue was on my end, they offered to give me free rush shipping. I can’t say enough good things about ordering through them.
