Our heating system just failed and I tried shopping around to replace it. One of the company I checked at is Polaron and I got a quick response. Mr. Sahil Mahajan dropped by and discussed all the options. He explained comprehensively the product Polaron is offering. He gave me an ample time time to think over the offer. I called Mr Sahil Mahajan and told him it is a go. The following day Mr. Vimal Patel called to form me that they are coming and replace the furnace and airconditioning system. Ms. Katherine Berna called confirming about the financial aspect as well as informing me that the crew are on their way. Mr. Vimal Patel and Mr. Safalkumar Patel came and told me that they will be replacing our heating and cooling system. I am amazed on how professional they are from the preparation seeing to it that proper traffic area are covered to prevent dirt from sticking to the floor. They work hard completing the job. There are so many things I don't know about him as he died before I was even born so learning more about his education professional, military and personal background from those documents has been a real revelation for me and my family.

I sat down with my mother just yesterday and we spent several hours looking at the paperwork. We found so much meaning in these documents as we read the words as translated by your team, including Eva (as well as between the lines).

I never realized that these documents may still exist in Poland and Ukraine so that's one myth that your researchers managed to smash. It looks like the pre-war administrative systems were quite sophisticated in the Second Polish Republic so that was another revelation.

Needed to translate 2 documents from Polish to English for Aus visa. Eva did the job fast.
The problem was that there were 8 mistakes in the translation including names, dates, etc.
After pointing them out, Eva corrected them the same day. Still, there were a couple of issues in the corrected document. On the third iteration, all looked fine.

The service was one of the cheapest on the market. However, if I did not speak Polish, the inaccuracies could have messed up my visa application.

Based on my experience, I would suggest proceeding with Polaron if you want a fast and cheap service and can validate the translation yourself.

My case for Polish citizenship was complicated. I originally hired Polaron in 2017 to begin the process of research in order to apply for confirmation of Polish citizenship. Along the way, significant genealogical research and follow-ups with various archives were required.

Due to the location my ancestors were from, and when my ancestors left, there was little genealogical evidence to rely on. Polaron continued making further requests to the archives and considering other sources. They worked with Russian-language specialists to assist in searching for records even outside of Poland.

I ended up finding an old Polish document from my ancestor that a relative had found, which proved pivotal in my case. However, even then, there was a lot of bureaucracy and back-and-forth with the Polish authorities. They requested additional documents and letters from US archives, and Ewelina and the team at Polaron guided me in making the necessary requests and getting the documents legalised correctly.

The process took a very long time, and Ewelina was always extremely proactive in requesting updates from the Polish authorities and then reaching out to update me on my case, even when there had been no progress from the Polish authorities.

After a very long wait, Ewelina and the team proactively submitted a complaint on my behalf due to the length of time the case was taking to work through the authorities. Shortly after this, they received the letter confirming my Polish citizenship.

Now my family can also apply, and Polaron has said they can make a guarantee because my citizenship has been recognized.

I started the Polish citizenship process many years ago. I wasted about three years with an expensive legal service in Warsaw. I gave up after being told I was not eligible because I could not find the proper legal documents to prove my grandparents were born in Poland. After a four-year hiatus, I hired Polaron based on its excellent reputation and success rate. I had to restart most of the application process and found the same difficulty in finding concrete proof that my grandparents were born in Poland. Unlike my previous experience, Polaron stuck by me and used its vast network of Polish-based research experts to find the required documentation that others could not. The staff at Polaron was always patient and transparent with the process. After two years of persistence, I received my Polish Passpassport. This was no small feat and is entirely due to the professionalism and diligence of the Polaron staff. Whether you have a straightforward path toward citizenship or a difficult journey ahead, I highly recommend Polaron.

I wanted to claim citizenship through inheritance but felt pretty lost and confused about the process. After months of trying to research the process and figure out what I needed to do I decided to find a solicitor to help me. After visiting multiple solicitors in my city - all of which telling me they couldn't help me - I decided to reach out to solicitors online.

After much searching and many emails sent, I eventually stumbled across Polaron. Based on their website it seemed that they were Australia-based but out of desperation I emailed them for help anyway. Contacting Polaron was one of the best thing I've ever done. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was allocated a solicitor to help me gain my citizenship, Jakub.

After a call explaining the process and what I would need to do and provide, I accepted their services and am so very glad I did. Jakub and Polaron did everything for me, they told me where and how to acquire any documents they needed from me, told me how to notarise / apostille them, and regularly kept in touch to keep me informed of the process and progress.

There were times where the Registry Office were unresponsive and Jakub continued to chase them and ensure they actioned their services. As someone that doesn't speak the language and being 1000 miles away, it would've been a nightmare for me to do anything, but Polaron (Jakub) ensured things were done and the documents were processed and now here I am with my new citizenship and new documents in-hand with my new passport being prepared for me.

Sometimes you read reviews about hotels and you wonder if the people who left them one star stayed at the same place as you did! I must say I’m having a similar feeling here!

I had an amazing and rewarding experience with Polaron. It was super challenging too, because the requirements from the Polish government are very strict so even if you know something, being able to prove it in a way that satisfies the government is difficult. This is where Polaron were really helpful, guiding me through the paperwork I needed to find and certify just so. They also found records needed for my application to go through about my grandparents before they left Poland in 1946.

After I got my citizenship, I decided to do the same for my two sons and it went through without a glitch.

And now 11 months later, I’m travelling through Europe with my two sons on Polish passports and I’m loving it! I could never have managed this without Polaron’s help, so a big thank you to Lee, Ewelina and Gosia. You are wonderful!

Super helpful! During a stressful time of trying to get my Polish citizenship, passport and then to renew 10 years later, Polaron made this process so much easier. They were very professional, attentive and personable.

We paid thousands of dollars and provided documentation including original Polish birth certificates, Polish passports, Polish baptism records, US immigration records, and travel documents. They were very slow and often unresponsive because of frequent staff turnover. There record keeping was so bad, it's not surprising they have no record of us now. At one point after working our case for more than a year, we realized they thought we we Australian rather than American, even though we had provided US immigration records. They told me that because the archives were "destroyed during the war" that they were not able to find copies of any of the documentation we provided. Then they offered to help us get a presidential approval for another $10,000 US. Using Polaron was a very expensive mistake. Polaron is a scam that cost us thousands of dollars. Hopefully, others will not fall victim as my family did.

I had to register my wife and daughter in Poland and was let down by other company and Polaron managed to turn it around quickly and we got my daughter's passport fairly quickly.

I've had a really good experience with this company and cannot thank them enough for their help and expertise. I had a truly complicated case because my grandparents changed their identities during the war and I started off with very little hope that my case will be successful. In fact, I wasted 12 months and quite a bit of money with another outfit called Lexmotion. I just wish I came to Polaron sooner. It felt like they never, ever give up. They were so resourceful and creative looking for documents and in the end they found everything recreated in Rawa Mazowiecka, where my family is from, after the war.

Getting my Polish citizenship was something very important to me, and not just because I wanted an EU passport. I have gained so much information about my family's history that I never knew and this is what is so precious to me and my siblings.

The team at Polaron helped me to successfully and easily get my Polish passport. They were quick to respond and also provided translation services when needed. Definitely recommend!

I had Polaron handle the arrangement of my polish citizenship. After finding out I was eligible they held my hand through the process for everything I needed to do (ancestral documentation collection mainly) and I left the rest in their extremely capable and experienced hands. My case wasn’t a super straightforward one either. But they managed to make my dream come true of obtaining polish citizenship and having a European passport!

When I look over the whole experience and realise this journey started from me just having the desire to live in Europe- (as most 20 somethings do) and hearing that having polish roots meant I might be able to get myself a passport. Apart from that I would have ZERO clue about how to navigate the huge amount of work required to get a second citizenship. (Especially for a country I’ve yet to visit and in a language I don’t know a word of)

My particular case was met with a few delays due to coronavirus, the fact that extra research needed to be conducted on my family line and the standard lengthy waits due to polish bureaucracy. But my correspondence with Polaron was always super swift, if I ever felt a little too much time went without communication (rare occurance) I would just send a quick email and have a response super fast. Which I really appreciated since I knew they had so many other clients to help.

I also received translations of emails threads about my case that were in polish at no cost to me.

I can’t fault their service. It was a delightful, exciting experience. I got to meet these wonderful staff members through convenient zoom meetings and phone calls. I made the move to Sweden before my case finalised and due to time differences often had them emailing me back well outside their working hours.

In fact when I had my passport appointment yesterday (in Sweden) I had the director of the company ready on email chatting while I was waiting for my Biometrics to be done around 10pm her time! Above and beyond anything I could have wanted as a client.

My advice to anyone thinking of enlisting an agency to help them acquire ancestral citizenship (which you should do Becuase I really don’t think anyone non polish speaking could do this single handedly) is to practice patience. You will be met with delays but this is not at the result of Polaron’s work. You are at the mercy of polish government offices that have lengthy mandatory processes to follow. You’re trying to apply for foreign citizenship after all- not a library card.
Don’t think this is something that can be whipped up in six weeks.

Another piece of advice is get yourself prepared and be realistic about your eligibility. get all the documentation you can. Polaron does a lot for you but they can’t pull your family history out of thin air.

I feel forever indebted to Polaron. They gave me something that for a long time I never thought I could have. I get to live in Sweden now not having to worry about my visitors permit expiring, I get to work and live and have all the benefits of an EU citizen. My gratitude is boundless. And I would recommend them to anyone looking to go in a similar journey. 11/10

I booked an appointment way before Christmas to get the ball rolling on my Polish citizenship application. Was told the nearest slot available was late in January so accepted this.

The call was never received so had an email saying they had trouble contacting me (my phone was on and full signal). They asked me to use Zoom and that they would send a zoom link but they never did.

4 emails later and every single one has been ignored. Completely wasted my time and will be going elsewhere for my Polish passport.

After trying to hire attorneys, consult with experts, and meet with consular employees, the only help we've ever had is from Polaron. Eva knows Polish law and paperwork filing customs inside and out. My daughter had a lengthy consultation with her and she was able to tell her exactly what we needed to do to complete our applications for citizenship. We did not end up hiring an agency because we were nearly done with the process already, but the price she quoted was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to apply for Polish citizenship.

Eva has not only been helpful -- she's been the only resource we've been able to get any answers from whatsoever. She knows the laws and protocols inside and out. She is active on Facebook and replies to inquiries without asking for compensation. I had a long phone consultation with her and she was able to tell me exactly what to do to complete my application. We did not end up hiring an agency because we had nearly all our materials ready to go, but the fees she quoted were incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend Polaron and Eva to anyone who needs guidance, research, translation, etc., along the way to getting their Polish citizenship.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Polaron. Their response times were very slow. I was told over the phone at the start that my situation was worth exploring (yes my fault for not getting this in writing) and then at the end was told i was not eligible and this was based on the information that they knew at the start- I felt there was a lack of transparency and they ensured they were able to bill me a significant amount. They were able to justify this spending (passed on to me) as this was the result of them paying fees etc to get documents from various Archives etc. But as mentioned, they knew my situation based on the information I gave them at the start and there was no need to pay for the extra document search.I would have been more than happy to pay a small fee at the start to receive the advice that I was not eligible based on what I told them upfront.

I do not speak Polish and all the documents I received were in Polish. They do not offer translation services as part of their offering- you have to pay extra for translation. So a heads up to everyone here.

Many of the documents they provided me as part of their research is what I provided them to start to help their research. So again, a heads up to everyone that you may receive documents back as part of their research.

I would not recommend Polaron. As a positive though, they were able to get a lot of documents through the various archives and their contacts. I would urge any future potential clients to get any advice in writing and to ask Polaron to explain in detail the potential of your case being a success + what angle they will go down to try and prove your eligibility (again in writing)
