Safe & secure, cheap trading fees, plenty of gateways, built on TurtleNetwork...big pluses.
Literally no volume, those pesky trading bots, so not much real liquidity, only trades against USDT, (needs more trading pairs)...big negatives.

I've been trying to login to my Polarity Exchange account for several days to no avail. It says my login attempt is invalid so I tried to reset my password and I still . haven't received an email. Please help with this asap. I have made many purchases on your platform and i can't afford to lose everything.

I have managed to open an account and I have followed ALL the youtube videos, but the content being shown on the videos does not correlate with what I am seeing on my Mac - I have tried using Safari and Chrome and neither produce the things I am seeing on the videos!? There is no "contact us" no live chat and each time I try to add a wallet using the seed key it doesn't show up in the Vault. I can not add funds either! What am I doing wrong and can anyone help??

I was new to exchanges
I transferred one type of coin from my wallet to polarity..
Fairly easy
I assumed that my coin could be used to get a different one...but i was wrong...boom my coin was gone...in panic :(
Went on discord and polarity people helped me out..the polarity community found my coin and put it back were it cam from.
Now that is 5 star for costumer service and this is why ill never be scared to do more business with them :) thx polarity team

I was transferring crypto into this exchange and I had put in the wrong address and thought I might have lost my crypto. I emailed customer support and they quickly responded. I gave them my transaction ID number and they were able to find it and transfer it into my account. Awesome experience!

I have been a user of this exchange for a long time now. Never had problems and the Telegram community is helpful whenever I have questions. The best in Polarity:
1. The "experience of a CEX" but it is a DEX.
2. 1 cent trading fees.
3. company backed liquidity on all pairs.

Convenience forfeits security. Heard that on a podcast featuring Polarity team. Couldn't agree more. That's why I choose Polarity.exchange to store my digital currencies. Security seems to be the number 1 priority, among great customer service, and excellent range of currencies supported for trade. THANKS! Can't wait to see what the future has in store

Polarity has worked flawlessly for me so far. Probably the lowest fees I've seen in crypto, and they seem to make account security a high priority. As the user base grows (which supports liquidity) this exchange is becoming my go-to. FWIW I think some more documentation around the security features and how to set them up would be helpful.

I love trading on Polarity due to its user friendly experience, Blockchain based 2FA and of course cheapest fees compared to any other centralized or decentralized exchange. No other exchange can beat that.

It has so many dApps as well that are quite fun and rewarding.

Support is amazing too, fast response and always professional.

Not that impressed so far.... seems almost impossible to get matched, even at market price. I put a buy order in for ABOVE current price, and it still won't get matched. I'll be switching to a different exchange.

There are many crypto exchanges out there. Polarity is my favorite because it’s decentralized, the trading pairs are in USDT, and the people being the project really seem to care about their customers. I have been amazed on multiple occasions how quickly the staff (even the CEO) have jumped to provide assistance in the Telegram channel whenever I have had a problem (which is an extremely rare occurrence).

I was having difficulty as a new CC trader and had questions that were answered almost immediately by Mr. Campos. Liking the platform now!
