Life Changing

I got my Polar Dive 4 months ago and it has been life changing. As an above the knee amputee and recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I wanted to try something different and remain off medication. THIS WORKS!!!! I start ever day with a plunge and sometimes numerous times daily. When I travel I just don't feel as good and It's because of my Polar Plunge. I recently had a minor issue and they told me how to fix it immediately and in 3 minutes I was up and running again. The customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this product, you will not regret it.

I received my polar dive chiller

I received my polar dive chiller. I already had my own tub without any valves on the side of it so I had to hang the hoses over the edge of the tub instead of connecting it to valves on the side of the tub. The water was not filtering through the chiller. I contacted customer service and they sent me an external pump without any questions and without charging me for it. This was never their fault it’s just a bit of a different setup with my own tub. I was very impressed with them solving the problem so quickly and getting back to me within a few minutes. This is great customer service that all companies should provide but most lack. Thanks again for all your help!

I got my cold dip two days ago and the setup was super super easy. I had a few minor issues, so I contacted support at 8pm and I immediately got a reply. I worked with Tyrell and he was beyond helpful. My issues are resolving. This has been one of my best experiences ever dealing with customer support. I cannot recommend this product and company enough. They clearly care about their customers. I’m beyond stoked.

From the moment my PolarDive cold…

From the moment my PolarDive cold plunge arrived, it’s been an exceptional experience. This is the second cold plunge unit I own and it functions just like my significantly more expensive unit. The build quality is excellent and the chiller/temperature control unit is easy to operate.

But what truly sets PolarDive apart is their customer and technical support. I’ve emailed them at odd hours—late nights, weekends—and every time, I’ve gotten prompt and extremely helpful, responses. It’s rare to find a company that nails customer service like PolarDive has.
If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is hands-down a great unit.

Super Happy with Polar Dive

Polar Dive Pro Bath has been exactly what I wanted. I love it. Easy to set up and the quality is fantastic. When I had a few set up question their customer service department replied very fast no waiting. Their politeness shocked me. Very rare now a days to have this kind of service. There instructions were concise and clear. I 100% recommend Polar Dive to anyone purchasing a Cold Plunge

They made it right

So, my ice bath had a delay in shipping. Julius reached out to me and upgraded me to the best chiller they have which is greatly appreciated. Sometimes things happen, it’s nice to see this company cares and made it right.

Ordered a $599.99 Polar Ice Pod with…

Ordered a $599.99 Polar Ice Pod with Chiller, great price, great shipping time. Then, on the day it was supposed to arrive, they changed the shipping address back to their warehouse, marked it as delivered, and never contacted me about any of this. They also never gave my money back so now I have to file a dispute with my bank. It is extremely weird and almost seems like a scam to act like they completed the delivery when they really didnt.

My tub thus far (about a month) has worked great. The polar dive team has also been very responsive and reactive with any questions and concerns. I’ve referred two friends to their products and they’ve also had a great experience.

The Polar Dive cold plunge is well made and easy to set up. Everything about the experience has been smooth, from unboxing to installation. The customer service team was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. You can tell this company stands behind their product. Highly recommend!

Great tub, bad customer service.

The original tub i was sent didn't hold air. It leaked from day one when we got it. When I requested a replacement or refund Polar Dive's response is that I could buy a new tub from them at their cost. There was a lot of push back from customer service and it wasn't until I posted a negative review that somebody from management reached out. In the end they made it right and the quality of the replacement has been outstanding so far. Manufacturer defects happen and this would be a 5 star review if their customer service would have been helpful from the beginning.
