Too Bad

First, I will say my unit did not work upon arrival. The chiller truly wouldn't even have water flow. It somehow magically started working a day later. Second, they prompt for reviews by sending free products. I got a whole pod (not chiller, but still) just for leaving an initial positive review.

I am 5' 6" and 110 pounds... and a woman. I expressed my concerns to them and they would only POSITIVELY reguritate what I had said back to me what I had said, (including my height, weight, and what I was doing as a routine), and then tell me to check with a doctor. What typical doctor is going to know the true ins and outs of plunging? Especially for a woman? There is no information given with the unit and there was no telling me in the multiple emails we exchanged that I was doing it very unsafely, which I was, even at 54 degrees. I am too thin and they should have, as a company that solely sells plunging equipment, been able to tell me that it was unsafe. I made the decision to stop on my own after further diving into literature (the very little that is out there) and asked for a refund. They made it sound very difficult to return the equipment, saying it had to be in original condition. How is it in original condition if I've been using it? They also told me they would not cover return shipping "as a small business". Just pass. There are other companies out there that sell things that look literally just like theirs. Don't think you're limited!

Polar Dive to Thrive!!!

I spent most of 2025 thinking about buying a cold plunge. 2026 was the time to make the move! After doing my research, I picked Polar Dive. Set up was done just by me and it was pretty simple to follow some of the directions that I got on YouTube. Polar Dive cold plunge is a great way to start adding cold therapy to your own personal wellness. I think for the price what you get from Polar Dive, Polar Dive delivers! Also, having the wifi access to check and set the temperature is great!!

Great for inflammation reduction

As one who considers himself an athlete, I have tried ice tubs in the past. When I saw the price of the upgraded model of your tub, I just had to do it. So far, it has been well worth it the cost. The set up was easy and quick.

Over all review

The communication between customer service and myself was always fast, professional, and friendly. When an issue came up with delivery of my polar dive pro they were quick to address and fix the issue. I love my polar dive and the chiller pro. The built in filter means the water stays cleaner longer and being able to chill the water saves me money on ice and the headache of the guessing game at what the temperature is going to be. I get done with my workout at my home gym and go straight into the polar dive.

I don’t give 5 stars often

I don’t give 5 stars often, but polar dive is different. From the moment I reached out before purchasing anything, they have been extremely helpful and kind. They truly put customers first and operate exactly how a business should.

Don't give them your email >>> lifetime of spam.

I "was" really interesting in them, but went another direction. I have tried multiple times to get them to stop spamming me on my email. Unsubscribe for months, they just keep sending emails, daily, if not multiple times in one day.
I will never use this company because of this now. They have become annoying!

Customer service done right!

I have the Polar Dive V8 Chiller that I connected to my stock tank cold plunge. I’ve been very happy with the unit and I recently developed an issue with air in the line which led to me changing out the plumbing. I was stumped on a circulation issue and contacted Polar Dive for help. I had contacted them before with a question and every time they are incredibly responsive! Tyrell helped me diagnose the issue and they sent me a part free of charge to get me back up and running. Customer service is top notch from everyone on the team that I’ve interacted with.

I have really enjoyed the polar dive…

I have really enjoyed the polar dive pod and pro chiller I’m a 16 year old soccer player and was introduced to cold plugs and got hooked I love the recovery I looked very hard for a affordable ice bath with a chiller and I got my whole set up for less than 650 bucks and can chill water down to 39 degree the quality is truly amazing and I highly recommend it

I received my Polar Dive unit from my 3 sons as a gift and I have been using the Polar Dive for over a year now and I can not say enough on how much my quality of life has improved. I'm 73 years old and Polar Dive has definitely improved my physical well being, my energy level and my attitude. Fantastic product everyone should have one. The chiller performs excellent . This is a great product. Keep up the good work guys.

Polar Dive USA has the best customer…

Polar Dive USA has the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I had sent them an email on Christmas regarding an exchange. I expected they would respond after the New Year. However, they responded immediately, answered all of my questions, sent the return labels and all of the instructions. This review is from my personal experience and I was not paid for this review.

Happy Customer

Polar Dive makes a quality, affordable product. I have been using the Polar Dive for 6 months with no issues. Polar Dive has excellent customer support. I contacted them by phone before I purchased and during the shipping process. I always received prompt, courteous call backs. 5 Months In – Still Blown Away by PolarDive and Their Support

I’ve owned my PolarDive cold plunge and chiller for five months now, and I can honestly say I love this product even more today than when I first got it. The quality and performance are outstanding—it delivers exactly what it promises every single time.
But what truly sets PolarDive apart is their customer support. It’s unbelievable. They answer questions in near real-time—even on weekends! In over three decades of dealing with businesses, I’ve never experienced a company so committed to their customers.
How do you beat a great product and great support? You can’t. PolarDive is the gold standard.

Great company. Great service. Great Products.

We had a really weird compatibility issue with one of Polar's products and our tub. Polar's customer service team was 100% top notch. They were SUPER responsive, helpful and EXTREMELY respectful, especially given how frustrating and novel our situation was. They went above and beyond to help us correct the situation and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. 100% recommend Polar Dive USA for your ice bath needs. They will take great care of you and outside this one weird issue, we have been super happy with all their products.

Amazing product, even better staff!

I purchased a pod and chiller in October 2024. Installed when the outdoor temperature varied between 28-50. The chiller and pod worked flawlessly, as expected with the colder temperatures however Ill be honest, I wasn't sure how well it would work after months of continuous use and with the sweltering southern heat. I built a small overhang for my setup to protect it from the elements and the water temperature never rose above 40F regardless of how hot it got. I can confirm it is a bit nicer dipping into cold water in summer than in the dead of winter. The real surprise came however from the customer service team. When they learned my chiller stopped working (due to a month plus of neglect and no maintenance when my son was born) set me up with a heavily discounted new setup. Polar Drive has a truly generous and professional staff who understood although sometimes things break, and life gets in the way that customer service is the secret to life long loyal customers. I would and have recommended their products to anyone looking to get into cold plunges, I just wouldn't recommend jumping straight in during winter unless you're a little crazy haha.
