Super impressed

Super impressed with the Polar Dive cold plunge—solid build quality, quick to set up, and holds temperature really well. I’ve been using it daily in the morning before work and have seen real improvements in focus and overall energy.

Avoid avoid Avoid

Simple: try to call them. Press for customer service. You will notice the call will be disconnected. You will be met with crummy sales people that over use “I understand” “allow me” “if I may” just the worst door to door salesman approach I ever heard.
They downright will not send a confirmation of cancellation. Avoid avoid avoid.

Order issues

Spoke to Joy today about an issue with the AI answering system and how it was not working properly. Within minutes the COO Max called me directly and immediately took care of not only the issue with the AI problem but asked what could he do to make things right. It’s very refreshing to talk to a live person. The plunge therapy is really helpful with injuries from a car accident. Thank you so much for the immediate response and I look forward to seeing the benefits. Thank you Max and Joy for your support.

Tyrell was amazing.

They have a thorough trouble shooting process before having you use the warranty. At first I thought it was the runaround. But it’s quite the contrary. They want to make sure your unit can’t be fixed. The agent, Tyrell was trying to save me money. The warranty process requires you to pay for the parts and shipping. He didn’t want me spending $300 for the replacement. So he tried his best to fix it. When he couldn’t. He did. Communication was great. Super responsive. Appreciate everything he tried. Will be recommending anyone to this company over any other

Polar Dive Pro Setup

I'd purchased the Polar Dive Pro set up with the standard chiller almost a year ago and i have been enjoying the cold plunge. It works effortlessly and effectively and i wont ever have to buy Ice again. Their customer service and support are very responsive and helped me with every questions i have the product as well as the installation.

Great xp - Great customer service - Great product

Received a unit that had an issue with the intake valve, which I ended up fixing but was unsure how it would hold. Customer service was hands-down one the best I've ever dealt with. They escaladed the issue and dealt with this promptly and professionally. 100% satisfied with that.

The unit it self is great for the price. It's not perfect, but it works well and keeps the water cold. Takes a little time to cool down. Definitely has some noise to it, but it looks good and works great, extremely minimal, and doesn't take up a ton of space.

Great company great product.

Not really good and they need new filtering

I bought my Polar Dive several months ago. The first one arrived with a hole in it, so they sent me another one. The air pump does not work well so I had to buy a new one. Once I got it up and working, the cooler did not get the water cold. It took a lot of emails and communication with customer service. Once it finally started cooling then I had to empty and refill the water weekly, the metal filter does not work well, the water got mirky. They sent me a new filter and the instructions showed the filter is upside down. I sent the company several emails telling them their filter should be facing the other direction. I got a call from a gentleman claiming to be the COO and he thanked me for pointing out the flaw. He told me to keep his number in case I needed something, not sure what that was, since he did not offer anything when he called me. They have a new cooler and filter system out, but I would have to pay for it, plus the filter is still upside down. The water is not filtering through the filer like it should. Trying to get the filter out to clean it is another matter.

BEST COLD PLUNGE!

I’ve tried a few recovery tools, but the Polar Dive cold plunge tub has honestly been one of the best additions to my routine. First off, setup was super simple—no complicated instructions or tools needed. The tub feels really sturdy and well-made, and it holds temperature well, especially when you add ice. It’s also very easy to drain and refill.

The size is perfect—comfortable enough to fully submerge without taking up a ton of space. I’ve been using it after workouts and even in the mornings, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in muscle soreness, energy levels, and overall recovery. It’s also become a bit of a mental reset for me—it wakes you up fast and leaves you feeling refreshed.

If you’re thinking about getting into cold plunging but don’t want anything overly complicated or expensive, this is a great option. Solid quality, easy to use, and it actually makes you want to stay consistent.

As a Content Creator Ambassador of…

As a Content Creator Ambassador of Polar Dive USA, completely ignoring the amazing products given to me I struggled with a 3-year long relationship ending, and the people at this company are among if not the most positive and upbringing bunch of folk I can honestly attest to. Cannot Recommend a single other cold plunge/ice bath company like I can them!

Overall strong product and quality. Good support.

I've had my polar dive cooler and tub fir 2 months now and it works well. I had some small initial set up issues with plumbing but supprt was very helpful. I also had some delays with ordering the larger max but they always figure out a solution for me at Polar Dive. I can recommend their products.

Researched a lot of cold plunges from…

Researched a lot of cold plunges from $1000 on down and Polar Dive USA hit all the marks. You never really know until the product arrives and when it did, I knew I made a good decision. I live in AZ so I will be putting the pro chiller to the test this summer. Thanks for the quick shipping on my order.

Issues from the start

I purchased the Polar Dive Pro with Chiller. The tub is not high quality, waiting any day for a puncture. The chiller broke within days of first installing. At first the chiller unit wasn't able to intake water. When I resolved that, it was unable to actually give an accurate reading of temperature so it wasn't cooling correctly. Shortly after, it began giving an EEE error message and wasn't functioning at all. I'm in connection with support trying to return for a refund as it's been within 30 days since purchase, and they're not being of any help. They're asking me to record video to provide proof of issues, responding with general troubleshooting tips, asking for video evidence I'm following their troubleshooting, and are being unhelpful to resolving my actually request of returning the product that's not meeting my expectations. I also never received the 3 additional filters I purchased, or the in water thermometer that was supposed to be included.
