Yes, the delivery time from was a VERY long time, BUT having now tasted the products, I would happily wait as long as it takes!!!!

These things ARE AMAZING!!!!

Ordered both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. All utterly delicious.

But I will be ensuring that my freezer is constantly stocked with the alcoholic ones forever more! (Given the chance of course).

The very small business has been inundated with orders. My order did take 3 months to arrive. But I will be placing future orders as soon as I can.

I don’t normally feedback but … Like so many reviews written below I ordered the day after seeing this company on Dragons Den. I received the automated ‘apology for delay’ emails as well. I replied to the last email that said will be despatching shortly and asked that hopefully I’d receive my order for Easter Monday to give an extra treat to ‘our little chicks’ our grandchildren! The order arrived today 🤷‍♀️ too late for Easter but that was fine our next family celebration is mid May. On opening the box … the sorbet pops have a best before date of 7th May 2024 which is a very short timeframe. Alcohol ones were fine as January 2025.
I have given this company my upmost patience taking onboard they were a new up and coming company that were dealing with a huge demand for their products.
I decided to email them to say I was disappointed at the date given on the sorbet pops and would like them to send personal reply back. My email was returned as ‘undeliverable’ twice???
I daresay the pops will be fine to eat but that is not the point is … they should have had a longer date on them considering the time it took for delivery.

Placed an order on 27th January
19th March received tracking number saying had been dispatched
28th March checked tracking and still not left them
Emailed and asked for refund.

they are delicious, healthy and a good portion size
They are so concentrated in flavour you don't need much
just a shame they take so long to deliver. It's hard waiting as they are so good

So sad to read the negative reviews about a small business doing their best and working so hard to get our orders to us. Ours were delivered and they are absolutely amazing, so worth the wait, We will 100% be re ordering! They tasted exactly how we imagined and the elderflower one in particular is unreal! Thank you so much to the team, well done for smashing dragons den! Ignore the rude comments that clearly can’t even wait a month (guys, it’s not even summer yet - calm down and let the guys in the team breath!!)

Yes a delay but kept informed the whole way! Super tasty!! People get a grip - these are ice poles, not open heart surgery!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of trying Pola Ice Poles, and let me tell you, they are absolutely amazing! The flavors are vibrant and refreshing!

Although there was a slight wait time for my order to arrive, it was completely understandable given that they had recently appeared on Dragon's Den, and I was updated on the status of my order when I inquired, so there were no faults with the customer service at all!

Despite the wait, the exceptional quality of the product and the excellent customer service have convinced me that I'll definitely be ordering from Pola again. I highly recommend trying out their ice poles – they're worth every minute of the wait!

Delicious ice pops! Great communication & lovely little company to deal with.

As someone who typically refrains from leaving reviews, I felt the need to share my recent experience with Pola. Despite a slight delay in delivery, attributed to their appearance on Dragon's Den and Pola being a small business, I found their customer service commendable. Pola promptly responded to my inquiry with empathy and transparency.

Once the ice pops arrived, any minor inconvenience was swiftly forgotten. Words fail to capture just how delicious these treats are; they surpassed any other frozen treats I've ever tasted. It's evident that an immense amount of thought and effort has been poured into each ice pop.

I'm already planning my next order. I would certainly recommend ordering from Pola, especially the alcoholic range. So yummy and worth the wait! They've earned a loyal customer in me.

Took some time to arrive due to dragons den tv appearance, reading some comments I think people need to take that into consideration.

Pola did respond to my email and informed me of the delay.

When they did arrive, absolutely amazing I will be ordering again.

I’m Seriously disgusted at previous reviews… this is a new independently run company who were overwhelmed massively overnight by their appearance on dragons den!
We should be applauding & giving praise to this sort of independent company…. Not leaving negative reviews when they’ve been overcome by an influx of orders due to their spot on Dragons Den!
I personally waited about 5 weeks for delivery & had no problem with that whatsoever… had a couple of emails justifying the delay.
Despite that… they’re producing a summer product & yet I couldn’t help but try 3 on the 1st day of receipt…. Yum yum, bloody yum, an amazingly yummy & fabulous product that I would’ve waited months for… a good product is worth waiting for - seriously, what’s the rush!
I have 32 to get through & then I’m sure I’ll be ordering more.
Thank you so much for my amazing flavorous ice pops.. I seriously love them & hope you’ll keep going & will turn your small independent business into a huge nationwide success.

I placed my order on the 5th February haven’t had any response I assume he’s taken the money and run maybe Dragons Den should be a bit more careful who they put on the programme

I placed order after seeing on Dragons den, I sent an email to chase the order and got auto reply re being overwhelmed with orders. It’s understandable, being a small company and get such airtime. Anyway the order has arrived, in the freezer overnight and just tried 2 of the flavours which were amazing. Sad to see other reviews where others felt needed to cancel order. I’ll order again, but with plenty of lead time - worth it for the taste

If i could score lower than 1 star I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Very poor service and communication from a company who obviously dont care about anything other than taking your money the second you place your order then forgetting about you.

This is a con do not buy from this site. They have stolen my daughter’s pocket money. Taken payment from her rooster card and sent nothing & do not respond to any communications. Avoid at all costs these are thieves

Same as previous reviews, and no response to email sent on 9th Feb. However, received an email today asking for a review of the goods I’ve received! Hoping goods will arrive, as I like supporting small businesses. All that’s needed is reassurance, as I do understand they may have been deluged.
