I placed an order with Pokieclick Limited and was really disappointed with my experience. After taking my payment, they cancelled my order and sent an email explaining that their supplier had given them limited stock allocations. While they did issue a refund and offer a 10% discount code, it’s frustrating that they took pre-orders they clearly couldn’t fulfil in the first place.
Simple business courtesy is to only take payment once you know your stock allocation, not after. I understand supply issues can happen, but proper stock management and transparency are key.
Customers shouldn’t have to find out after paying that their order can’t be honoured. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off ordering from them again.
