I've joined many casino sites in the past to take advantage of the offers they run - this was by far the worst experience I've had with one and I'd advice you avoid it! Had trouble withdrawing funds, then had issues because they started saying my winnings needed wagering even though there wasn't mention of wagering requirements. Then they claimed I could view my 'balance' and 'balance available to withdraw' in my account but that wasn't displayed anywhere in my account... they then started completely ignoring my emails which was a bit of a shock. No helpline or contact number anywhere. still not heard anything back from them. Very worrying and stressful experience overall. Good job there wasn't much money at stake... but for you there might be. I'd really avoid this one and move on to another casino site - its not worth your time and the hassle. oh, on top of all these issues there was several problems loading up free spins and different slots games, some slots I just couldn't ever get to load - very strange issues that I've not experienced on other casino sites. shocker.

I signed up to this site and deposited money, they offered 100 free spins which I did not take , P plced some money on the game Ted got the feature and it come up F***ck Me you have won , Then I got a message on the screen saying that they had frozen my account, I have tried to contact them several times with my name , address login name even sent them id. It then comes up that there is no phone nu,ber for this site, basically they have scanned a 64 old disabled lady, with my commorbidities. Y ou will get what is coming to you as Karma always it when you least expect it,. If it stops anybody playing with you then I have done my job and forewarned them They know my username and my Name is Carol Brooks dishonest ripping a severy ill elderly lady shame on you

My story in a nutshell. I`m from Czech Republic, moved to UK in about 2013 and played on Pokerstars with breaks there until 2019. In 2020 I moved back to Czech Republic and few days ago I requested to migrate my account from UK to CZ (obviously I played on pokerstars.uk while in UK, gotta change to pokerstars.cz while in CZ).

I have sent several documents to Pokerstars support team including my passport, my ID, my recent payslip, my job contract, my tax report for previous year and even my paysafecard account details.

All of these documents were not enough to prove that I indeed live and work in Czech Republic. Granted, my job contract, tax report and payslip are not in English language but I highlighted for them all the necessary details such as company name and addresses.

Their replies were mostly like from bots, just a copy / paste thing from a website. Their solution was that I should translate all these documents from Czech to English, including my payslip !!!???

After about 20 emails and lots of images / screenshots / photocopies that I have sent to them, I`ve decided to give up and post this review so you guys are aware.

To summarize - terrible customer service, bot like replies and pretty much no care or sympathy for their own customers.

Customer is always right motto does not exist here.

Warning: opened an account. Deposited money. Account was frozen before playing a single game. Can’t access money. I just want my money back. Support have stopped responding to my requests now and I’m having to raise the dispute with my bank on the fact that I’ve paid for goods/services which I have not received.

Don’t take my word for it, read other reviews too. Find another poker site.

Really bad site. Never had so many pairs in my life. And yes you guessed it lost 90% haha last hand was KK And AQ calls the all in fair enough it was a $1 SLOT stupid thing lol. But omg it's was so funny flop comes JQQ so hits trips lol then 8 harts so blank but just to make sure it seemed like it was real and not baby sitting it pair the board again to give me two pair but unlucky mate not only was you beat on the flop but just for good measure we will give him the boat on the river I have never laughed so hard.
That was just one hand I picked out. Anyway safe to say I won't be playing again with them blocked and run as fast as I could. Please do not play this fixed poker site. Bots well I would say that they the company are doing the fixing should be investigated

Depositing is easy, withdrawing not so much. If you want to increase your deposit limit by 2k you can get it done within 5 minutes with the help of a PS staffer. But for withdrawing no one wants to help you and they tell you to "send an email"...if you're lucky you will get a reply the next week. Then you have to provide endless documents even if your account is already fully verified, and every time there is either an additional document needed, the document you provided is "unreadable" (it's not), or you hear nothing back from them at all. Why is depositing so easy but withdrawing nearly impossible? Simple. They want to discourage you from withdrawing in any way they can so you spend more money on their site. In my opinion almost all poker sites are bad these days but at least most other sites let you withdraw your money normally. I've never felt unsafer with my money anywhere than on Pokerstars.

The only good thing about PS is that there is a wide selection of games, but what's the point of that if they won't let you cash out anyway?

pokerstars uk do not pay when you win if you complain they suspended your account do not gamble on the horses they do not pay when you win they say you did not have a bet even though you have proof they take 3 weeks to answer emailsthe best for betting is either betfred or bet 365 do not use pokerstars you have been warned pokerstars UK wont pay if you back a big price horse for all complaints write to h/o in gibraltar

Attempted to sign up but they wouldn't accept my address or my previous address. They then blocked my account and gave me an email address to message about getting unblocked. I emailed them and have heard absolutely nothing back. I can't create a different account or access this account so am unable to use the site at all.

be careful not to put the money in this platform, they froze my account during a tournament for no reason and goodbye and the money in the account, they no longer reply to messages. scams !!!

Same as other people Signed up yesterday, uploaded some money, got some free tokens, played those. Then went to login tonight for my actual poker session and account frozen... Stolen my money, reporting to the police.

Avoid at all costs. Total scammers. Set up a new account and deposited using a promo (first and only account). Played the free tokens. A few hours later I try to log in and i’m blocked. After emailing I get a reply which says I’ve wrongfully taken advantage of their promotions and they’ve confiscated my funds! I reply in an attempt to understand exactly what it is that i’m supposed to have done wrong but now i’m left waiting for a reply that I fear is not coming in any rush... Don’t be a sucker. Use a more respectable site.

DONT EVEN BOTHER. NO SUPPORT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG. I wasted 3 hours of my time with my friends trying to play 2 were blocked out for no reason and ruined our night

Created an account with PokerStars during lockdown boredome, deposited a few dollars, and played a couple of hours. Few days later, tried to log in, "Your account is frozen". No emails. no explanations. I email them asking what happened, and a few days later I get a response saying I tried to defraud the system by creating multiple accounts to "abuse" sign up bonuses, I am banned, and my funds are "confiscated", no evidence give, no reasoning, just like that they took my funds ... I did absolutely NO such thing.
Turns our after looking through my gmail history, I had created a PokerStars account 14 YEARS previously, which I never really used and had completely forgotten about. The sign up process never once suggested I already had an account or the email address already existed, so instead, they let me "sign up", let me deposit, let me play, and then a few days later, tell my I've committed fraud, and "confiscated" my money and banned.
Users beware. These guys can and will take your money if they feel like it.

Appalling. Please do not join this site. They simply ignore you or send standard emails which do not address the issue. They block your account and then tell you to go into your account to upload documents which you have already done twice, but cannot do via your account, naturally because you cannot access it. In effect they are stealing from you by not letting you withdraw your funds.

Appalling practices, wish I’d spotted trustpilot beforehand. Deposited in GBP, they auto convert to USD, then charge you 3% to convert back (within minutes, not due to rate fluctuations). Service was poor and arrogant. Then charge another 3% on withdrawal request, which they then stopped saying I needed to gamble all the money first!

They have my money and I can’t access my account for no good reason, id avoid this site at all cost because the site they told me to visit to unfreeze my account doesn’t exist!!!
