Excellent and Consistent Service
Excellent service. Packages have always been packed with great care and attention. Finding trustworthy vendors of Pokemon products are a dime a dozen these days, and finding PokePals was a god send. Prices are amazing as well. Would and have recommended to friends and family in the hobby who have all had the same experience.

I have made several orders with PokePals on both their website and whatnot. All experiences have been positive and friendly, every item is meticulously packaged and arrives quick. Customer service after arrival is also kind and responsive if you have any questions they get answered in a timely manner. I will absolutely continue to use their services.
