PayPal rewrote my address
During my PayPal payment, the system automatically changed my Belgian address to another country — something I never entered on the website. I did confirm it in the process, so partly my mistake, but I believe it was mainly a system error. It caused extra costs and hassle. After several emails, the shop was responsive and helpful: they gave me a voucher and even sent small gift. I appreciate their goodwill and effort to solve the issue, although it took quite some time.

Trustworthy and well packaged
