FILTHY DIRTY CAR WAS DELVERED , AFTER SALES NONE EXISTENT. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR
I bought this for my brother who lives further away. His car was written off by a drunk driver whilst being very ill and being in and out of hospital. Podium were very good for the sale. I was told the car would be inspected before being delivered. The car was delivered and.my brother got out of his sick bed to receive it. He saw the car had been washed and assumed the same would be inside . He didn't check by his own admission He didn't get out of his bed for 2 days then saw the interior of the car. Filthy , I mean FILTHY full of old food sweets Golfing tees and crumbs to feed a 1000 birds . Also not one of the interior lights working
I got on to after sales . Sent photos , never got a response. I continually rang to be told the car had been cleaned and inspected . No evidence ever provided. They said my brother caused it .I told them the photos showed years of collective dirt , couldn't be done in one day . But no paperwork ever provided to show this.The photos couldn't lie. Under the bonnet was just as bad. You couldn't see the colour of the bonnet. Was black as was the engine, There was no after sales service. Finally would they would have been happier to have car returned than accept their car was FILTHY DIRTY. I mean FILTHY . No after sales service at all , then started avoiding tactics. They don't pick up your calls as they recognise your number. Caught them out by using a different number. The only reason we didn't return the car was my brother was too ill to deal with it . DISGUSTING CAR FOLLOWED BY DISGUSTING SERVICE. My brother hates this car as it is impossible to get clean and rid of the smell. DONT TOUCH IF LOOKING FOR A DECENT VEHICLE AND HONEST STAFF

Their response to this review is BS . Photos I took of the filth cannot lie. Years of it. Their version of help? Fictional . The car possibly went through a car wash. The interior was as I described. Also the stink of old cigarettes and ash. Years of it accumulated in the car?

Communication was great. Delivery was done by saboor who was very friendly, arrived on time, went through all paperwork with me and made me feel at ease for purchasing a car 3 hours away. Very happy customer

KEY assisted in my enquiry when I went to look at a car, he pulled the car out so I could check it fully he stood back while I looked around it he offered comments about the car but was not pushy which normally puts me off straight away. He advised me to take it out for a test drive so I could check it out fully. He was very helpful and explained everything about the paperwork and what had been done to the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle and it was a pleasure to deal with him he is an asset to Podium PCL LTD. Well done KEY.

I was looking for a small van, but wasn't sure what I wanted, the guys in the yard helped show me some options and gave me loads of time to look around and make sure I got the right vehicle for me. I test drove two vehicles with Bk who was really helpful talking through the pros and cons of each. The guy in the office gave me a great deal, and then his colleague Key went through all the payments and paperwork with me, explaining everything to me and he couldn't have been more helpful. I hadn't bought a van on my own before, but he took his time to go through it. He even took the van to the garage and has them last minute check the oil etc which I thought was so kind of him!
All in all this seems a really nice company to deal with, I really liked how genuinely helpful people seemed rather than just trying to 'sell' which is a vibe you often get at dealerships.
