I ordered the Zen and the Plus…
I ordered the Zen and the Plus lozenges. I use the Plus when on the bike, about 15 mins before a hard effort. It helps me stay focused, strong, and I can make it up any hill/mountain with all the energy I need. I use the Zen lozenges late afternoon if I’ve had an incredibly busy day. Helps me relax and calm down for the evening. They’re great!
