Really terrible quality
Really terrible quality. I bought a vinyl rug at a truly ridiculously high price.
In less than a year, the rug lost its print and became discolored in patches.
I contacted customer service; the warranty is supposed to be two years in Europe, but the only thing they could offer was a 30% discount on my next purchase. Considering their products cost at least 50% more than their actual value, I have no intention of buying anything from them again.
I read in some reviews that they're closing down; I hope so because they do a poor job and have low-quality products, yet they charge as if they were valuable.
I will never buy from them again!
