Friendly engineer who explained the process clearly, and it was completed in about an hour
Responded and resolved really quickly
Responded really quickly even though they said it may take 2 days. I requested a refund as I was setting up new account and they processed my request. All in less than 12 hours. And I could tell it was not a bot.

Successful Pod car charger installation
The electrician who installed my new charger was friendly, punctual, efficient and tidy. However, the booking process was a bit frustrating. The first date (to install the charger) offered to me clashed with the dates that I had already indicated would not work. A day or two later, a second date was offered, which I accepted. Puzzlingly, I received a message a few days later saying that I had cancelled the second date, which I hadn’t. It was only when I spoke to someone at the Pod team on the phone that the third, and eventually successful, installation date was agreed. That booking process needs to be sorted out please.
Swift resolution
The representative listened carefully to my "problem" and told me she was going to pass it to her technical team. They checked out my podpoint remotely and sent detailed steps for me to resolve the problem. Perfect. Now all backup and running perfectly. Thank you.

I brought the wrong ev charger on line , it was for commercial not residential, I didn’t realise until I had it fitted by my electrician,so I called customer support and Francis was very helpful and sorted it for me ,talking me through the process ,and calling me back when he had sorted it for me , top top man !!!
