Detail-oriented customer service was appreciated. Georgi went the extra mile to respond to several questions, and helped me come up with a great solution for location of the Pod Chiller. His knowledge was solid and detailed concerning length of feeder lines, etc.

The customer service agent (Ricardo) was very helpful, and made sure I got the best deal for me. The bundles on the site weren't quite aligned with what I was looking for, so he created a personalised bundle, with an extra discount to sweeten the deal.

I will review the products themselves when they arrive, but as for sales and customer service, five stars!

I have had my long pod and chiller for a couple of years now, and it has worked very well. I had a small problem with the upper ring leaking air, but Maria was very helpful, and it's nice to know that The Pod Company stands behind their products.

An absolute breath of fresh air — especially Tamara

I honestly can’t recommend The Pod Company highly enough, and in particular, Tamara in Customer Service.

I had an issue that needed resolving and Tamara dealt with it incredibly quickly, efficiently and, most importantly, without any drama whatsoever. She was friendly, genuinely helpful, responsive and clearly willing to go out of her way to get things sorted.

What really stood out to me was just how easy the whole experience was. I contacted them, explained the issue, and it was dealt with almost instantaneously. No endless back-and-forth, no waiting days for a response, no having to chase someone up, and no frustrating customer-service nonsense.

Having spent the last six months trying to get a meaningful response from Ray-Ban customer service, the contrast could not have been greater. Dealing with Tamara was an absolute breath of fresh air.

Companies often talk about providing great customer service, but this is exactly what it should look like: quick, straightforward, helpful and genuinely human.

Tamara was fantastic, and I really can’t rave about her or The Pod Company highly enough. If every company handled customer service like this, the world would be a much less frustrating place!

Abby was prompt and resolved my issue wonderfully!

I was having an issue with a promo code, so I reached out to customer service through chat and Abby responded very quickly and sent me a link with the promo code applied within a few minutes. Amazing customer service, Abby was friendly, very helpful, and quick in resolving the issue!

They make a great product. If you're tired of the gym sauna being broken or not hot enough buy a Sauna Pod.

The Sauna pod was delivered well packaged, is well manufactured, and is working as expected. I will say that the video that was sent indicated there would be a thermometer included, but I didn’t receive one, and I don’t believe that one was indicated in the order details. Was not clear, and I was able to obtain one easily from Amazon. I would definitely recommend this product and encourage people to review YouTube videos to obtain optimal temperature performance.
