I couldn't figure out how to change the image at the bottom of my podcast page. I asked for help, and Leslie told me how to change the image. Her response was quick and complete, and I made the change easily now that I understood what to do.

I am a recent user of Podbean as i needed to listen to a podcast that was only available on Podbean. Before this i was not aware of podbean platform. My need to contact customer services was due to my profile photo being uploaded sideways. In a few days time i was contacted by Podbean customer services to try again with the photo upload, which this time was uploaded correctly. Very satisfied with overall experience. Also the platform is very user friendly, and i think it will prove a very useful tool in my effort to learn through listening.

The customers service is the best I have ever experienced. I have had only a few issues over the 5 years that I used them and each time it was resolved in hrs.

Beware of getting the premium app! If you podcast on podbean and stop, they will delete your entire account. If you've paid for the premium listening app (like I did) you will lose access when they delete your account. The annual amount you paid for the app is lost. I had 9 months remaining (and paid for) and can no longer use the app.

Along with your listener's account and revoking access to the premium podcast app (Podbean Golden Membership) I already paid for you'll lose your listening stats, comments, all the shows you were following--everything.

I really like podbean as a podcast platform. I like the player, the syndication feature and the website builder. The captioning capability is wonderful and I appreciate that there is a DIY option. The email customer service works well. To me, you get a lot for your money with podbean and I feel that all aspects of the platform are well designed and quite easy to use. I haven't tried the live podcast feature yet but it looks interesting too. I use the podbean app to listen to podcasts too and like it very much.

My email and password were messed up and as the results, I lost the access to my Podbean session. The support responded my request quickly and we had several email exchanged. The Podbean support is knowledgeable and handled my case professionally. I was very satisfied.

I had an issue that was resolved with one email and within a few hours! I wish I would've contacted them sooner! So easy

So far, the Podbean podcast launching experience has been quite convenient and reliable for our small startup consulting company.

There are a lot of places on the Internet
these days to find Podcasts , but very
few of these sites allow you to download
and play later like Podbean !
That's the way I like to do it ,
and Podbean makes it so Easy !
I was using Player FM until a new
company took over and ruined that site,
earlier this year ,
(in my humble opinion)
but I don't miss them at all since
I found Podbean !
It also looks like a great site to host your
own podcast if you're considering that.

I kinda thought most podcast hosting sites offered the same thing, nope. I did a lot of research before switching to Podbean. I am already happier and very impressed with the customer support. That means everything to a small podcaster. They guided me, with a real person, through the curveballs during the transfer and I do love the ability to customize my landing page. I wish I would have done this sooner.

I have been using this app for a couple of years, its well organised for sure but be aware of the internal settings, because my new iPhone I bought a few months ago was getting clogged up with over capacity storage full. I couldn't understand what files were doing this and when I dug in deeper, it wasnt my photos or icloud, it was the automatic settings of podbean downloads all new episodes for you without you knowing!! I dont want to download any episodes. I just want to go into the app and listen. and instruct a download when I need it for my travels. But automatic downloads for all the profiles I follow is too much Podbean!!! fix this in your settings please. Its annoying so much!

Very easy to use this service. I was able to signup to advertise on multiple podcasts and create an audio ad. Customer service provided excellent assistance as well.

I was shown some unexpected kindness, given that I made a mistake with my account

As noted by others the update a couple of weeks back broke things a bit. Audio was pausing during streaming and from downloaded content. I contacted the Podbean folks, described the issue and replied to their requests for further information. Result? Yesterday they had me download an update and reboot my phone, I have had zero problems since. The app is good and so is the support!
