Your drop off points are at least 24 miles from my home, That is a 48mile round trip for me and as I passionately want to recycle and reuse I also cannot justify over a gallon of fuel to do so and the emission thereof. Please provide a mail service through the post office if you want to help the environment. Meanwhile I have no alternative but to put the pods into plastic recycling which is less helpful to the environment than I would like.

We don’t have a supermarket near us so can we still do Yodel?

Been using this service for a long time being a coffee addict so glad the pods are being recycled

It was so easy to print at home and dropoff at a local point near our house. Not everyone has a Morrisons or ASDA near you!

Reply from Podback
When I took the pods to the local Asda, which I had to drive to, nobody had any idea what I was talking about! Definitely not an improvement on the previous arrangement where I walked to my local shops in minutes

Podback bags are not that easy to acquire, especially if you buy pods from Amazon.

Everything was made very easy and convenient to recycle pods. ask for bags ,fill bags, send off bags easy. As I now have local facilities in my recycling centre I probably won't have to use bag system anymore but thanks for what you did.

Now successfully dropping off used pods at local Tesco Superstore

I don’t drive so can’t get to a drop off point. Without collections the service is now useless to me. Pods will be going into the waste bin.

We have been using a Tassimo machine for a long time and initially felt quite guilty about the amount of plastic waste it was causing. We were pleased when the Podback service was initially introduced and the service keeps getting better. It is now so simply to use - just bag the pods and drop off at the local supermarket while shopping and doing our bit to avoid the plastic waste.

I get through so many pods it was a real shame to throw them away. It has been easy to recycle them through Podback

I live in a village with a Co-op and you ended the contract with them a few months ago. I'm 74 and don't drive - so, thanks to you they now go into landfill. Well done Podback!

When I contacted Customer Service about a pod drop-off site in my local area, they were very responsive!

I have always used podback for Dolce Gusto pods. When they first changed the system away from drop off at shops and collection by Yodel my nearest recycling point was too far away. I contacted them and received a quick response. The system has quickly improved. I have since dropped off at Costa in Tesco and at my local Morrisons. Costa in Tesco and Morrisons will now give you new bags. The system is now efficient and easy and I recommend it.

Recent changes mean it's possible to drop off the pods at more locations making it easier to recycle coffee pods.

I just want to say how impressed I am with the Podback recycling service. My used pods were handed to the barista in the Costa cafe in Tesco, and new bags were sent to me from Podback, free of charge, by post. These arrived very quickly, and I was kept informed by Podback throughout.

I tried to register with this company but their registration process never completed and so I sent them an email - then another... but no response. I wonder if this a reflection on the quality of the service they offer if you do manage to register!!

Changed the recycling collection method without ensuring adequate replacements were in place. Now 18 mile round trip to recycle which defeats the object. Messaged them and they suggested another location which was 25 miles away. I think my Tassimo machine will end up back in the cupboard

For the past two years, I have dropped my pods at the local Co-op, in the town centre. Now I have to drive to another town, to a supermarket chain I never use - hardly party of my 'daily lifestyle'. I've read several reviews, complete with replies in the usual corporate drivel. Very disappointing, but I'll try to do the right thing, and make an unnecessary, inconvenient journey.
