Avoid
Purchase made 17 July and the order is still marked as “Order processed by shipper” and “In Transit”.
When I sent an email to their support email listed on website, I got a Delivery Status Notification (Failure) bounce back with a virus marked attachment from their email server.
Not sure if my order will ever arrive but have little faith at this point. Seems like a scam.
'Skip the Queue' shipping is a con.
Ordered on 9th July and paid extra for their 'skip the queue' shipping. It's now 24th July and my item is still in CHINA. Very misleading when it's an Australian company, saying their products ship directly from the manufacturer. Who even is the manufacturer? GOD knows how much longer I will be waiting. Failing to see how paying extra for faster shipping works because I still don't have my item.
Drop shipping from China
Drop shipping from China, buy direct for a fraction of the cost directly. Marketing is fake. Shopping is taking forever.
Avoid - slow and unreliable
Claim “fast and free shipping” on their website. Free is correct, fast isn’t. Ordered over 2 weeks ago and items still haven’t left China. Trying to email customer service gets a Message Undeliverable response so the only way to contact is through their website. Their website has also had a “Sale Ends Today” banner for at least 2 weeks now, which is very misleading!
I would avoid and am considering a chargeback on my credit card. Not worth your time or money.
LIARS
Items are drop shipped from Beijing not located in Australia as their company states.
They're liars. I believe this is a company name in Australia but it's all sent out of China.
They say they tell people they send direct from their manufacturer but they don't. Nothing is stated on their website of that nature. They're taking advantage of people who are wanting to support aussie businesses.
Not completely transparent about shipping
I don’t know it, but I expect that this company has excellent and useful products. I will not find out how the products are even though I purchased two products from their website.
When the products were dispatched, I noticed that they were dispatched from China.
As an EU citizen with residence in Denmark packages from China are usually a bad solution due to the heavy import taxes and fees. Especially for smaller orders.
On their website the seller simply says: “ All orders are dispatched directly from our manufacturer”.
As a customer I can’t know who the seller’s manufacturer is nor where the manufacturer is located.
I have contacted the seller and explained that I will not accept the package when it arrives and asked the seller to handle the return when the package comes back to them.
The seller has informed me that their courier will not return the package to them and therefore I can accept the package and send it back myself or accept that I can’t get my money back.
All this could have been avoided if the seller was transparent about from which country the orders are being dispatched.
Update: This company has written on its website for several days now that “sale ends today”. Fake discount is just another reason to doubt the transparency of this company.
