In story The alpha's bride from episode 321 visuals are missing.....i am talking about 567+ millions view ones.....it really boring and i lost my interest in story due to this

On the Alphas Bride, I lost real motion to just visuals some time ago but I could live with that. I’ve now lost visuals and have audio only AFTER just purchasing some coins. Even though the story is inconsistent, I’m invested in it but will delete the app and discontinue if visuals, at the very least, do not return. At this point, I definitely would not recommend this app to anyone.

Don't bother ! Their comersial are awesome, but the real audio suks ! If the audio was anywhere close to the comersials that draw you in , than , I'd be all in !

I liked the stories but if they r audio then shouldn't have visuals. If you are going to add visuals then don't remove them. Asl some of the voices are awfully.
These stories are just too long. I understand you are making money buy they are too drawn out and makes you lose interest.
This app has potential. Please do better. Listen to your subscribers.

Looters..after 3.4 episodes asking to buy coins..one of the hopeless ..

I am watching The Alpha’s Bride. I watched 4 commercials to see the next few chapters. I was told to come back tomorrow!!! This is nuts!!!!! The app will not let me get to the next several chapters!!!!!

Subject, excessive ads, costs, and episode restrictions

I enjoy the stories on Pocket FM, and Alpha bride is a great story. The narrator is decent., Although the sound effects are not my favorite.

My real problem with Pocket FM itself. The cost is far too high, and the combination of episode limits and excessive advertisement has made the app nearly impossible to enjoy.

Being able to listen to ONLY three or four episodes and then having to sit through what feels like 20 advertisements is absolutely ridiculous. The constant stopping, waiting, watching ads, and trying to unlock the next episode becomes exhausting. How is anyone supposed to enjoy a book when there is so much interruption surrounding the actual story?

I understand that Pocket FM needs to make money, but this has gone far beyond reasonable advertisement. It feels like the advertisements and restrictions have become more important than listening to the experience.

Because of this, I will no longer keep Pocket FM on my devices. This will be the last time I use the app. I am extremely disappointed because I genuinely enjoy the stories, but the way Pocket FM operates has made the experience not worth the time or money.

If other listeners are experiencing the same thing, I would honestly recommend that they reconsider whether keeping this app is worth it. Pocket FM needs to seriously rethink its pricing, advertising, and episode restrictions. In my opinion, the current system is extremely frustrating and unprofessional

I'm watching the alpha's bride I already spent lots of money to watch and now I can't see the visuals. I'm so disappointed!
I can't follow along without the visuals

Deserves minus stars. Can’t Trustpilot experiment with a new system that would allow minus 5 stars. This is a horrible deceptive company that has been designed to hook watchers with free episodes then charge them to watch a few more episodes then make subscribers pay £16.95 a month after already subscribing to £4.95 a month. Obviously I didn’t go beyond Silver membership but makes me wonder if there is a Platinum membership?

. I was up to episode 648 and there is over 1000. I paid for more coins to watch more episodes For it to tell me it is no longer available. Im so angry and this is so wrong. I want to take this further

The story Mama's Lil Kings is very captivating. However, the episodes are so short and then costly to enjoy.
It shouldn't cost with 9-11 minute sessions. Then they stop providing video all together and have just audio.
It's very entertaining. However, the quality is service received down the road is extremely poor.
I'm going to see if this story is available elsewhere.

I was enjoying it until they took the pictures away …. They charge a lot to leave you without a visual 🤦‍♀️

I've had pocket FM for years. I enjoy the app but you have to watch too many ads or spend money at the end of the story just to be able to hear it. When you watch the ads half the time they don't play right. You get a black screen a lot of the time. Or it freezes up and you have to reboot the app. Also if you're listening to one story you could be in the middle of it. And another story will start playing in the middle of the other story. So you have to exit out of your story and restart it to get back into your own story

I’m very disappointed with pocket FM, I began watching The Alpha’s Bride and I’m currently on episode 321 The dungeon solution when an audio voice told me I’ll be listening to the rest of the episodes in audio and no photos. I’m so so disappointed because I feel you need the photos of the characters to visualise the story. I won’t carry on watching or paying if I don’t see the characters back on my screen soon . I feel you will lose a lot of customers due to this as you can already read the reviews on their wall

Way Too Expensive! I've spent $40+ in last couple days too watch just 1 mini series and it's NOT even done yet after 146 episodes and they want more $. REDICULOUS! If their mini series weren't so dang long it wouldn't seem so expensive, but now I find out the one ive been watching is over 700 episodes long! An EXPENSIVE BOOK to watch this! If I watched this all the way to the end it would cost me HUNDREDS of $. That's NUTS!

Very unstable app. I tried to contact them about th cutting short on episodes for a purchase I made but there was no options for it. I believe it's a total disregard of the importance of the clients opinions or problems that may arise on their unstable app. I think they give the utmost importance to how much money they can get against keeping the clients happy... They have pretty good stories and many clients and probable that makes them over confident. Well, it's fine with me but I'm not spending one more cent on their app. My advice to Pocket FM is thatyou should provide a way for clients to contact you.

Downloaded from Play Store about 2 months ago to watch a series. Initially 5 free episodes per day, then 4, 3, 2. Yesterday 1. Watched an ad that promised a free episode and none. Log in daily promised streaks, streak day grant day, nothing.
Attempted to write a negative review on PlayStore and it kept crashing. Pocket FM is the epitome of bait and switch.

Stop wasting people's time with your long ads containing pathetic, stupid content.

Pocket FM is a big money grab. They get you addicted to the series. There is no way to pay a reasonable monthly fee like 30.00 for unlimited listening. They want you to buy coins. They start off a 9 coins per episode and then after maybe 200 episodes they want 11 coins per episode. I decided to cut off the rip off and delete the app. Don’t get fooled like I did. I spent $160 and ended at 293 episodes. Plus a lot were free in beginning to reel you in. If smart. Delete the app!
