I gave 1 star as i could not give 0

I gave 1 star as i could not give 0. The airlines is absolutely worst. Worst Ground support staff. I will tell you why 1) Firstly, i was travelling with wife and kid and when i went to check-in i simply requested the lady there if you can kindly speak in english, she just gave a big sigh (and a bad body language as if i have asked her for a loan). Front line staff in airlines should at least be ok in English as they would be facing tourists one way or the other. Just having abhorrence to english is so stupid and arrogant 2) I had paid for 60 kg luggage and had brought 4 bags. Now they put in fine print that you need to have 1 bag per person only. My total weight of 3 bags was 40kg. I still had 20 kg left to be utilized but they did not allow the 4th bag to be checked in and charged extra 4000 rubels for it. She was getting annoyed everytime i requested her to be reasonable. She kept us waiting for 20 min watching very well that i was holding my child all along and just standing and getting tired (it was an early morning flight) 3) The flight got delayed also by 3.5 hours. and just got to know about it 2 hr before departure.

Be careful of POBEDA cheap tickets

Unfortunately Booked my and my wife seats from Dubai to Moscow on pobeda . Shit on their way. Thieves and scammers by all means. Our booking was with a hand bag. At the airport they put a tinny box with head covering door. Your bag should not only fit but the door should be be locked also. I challenge Pobeda and it’s all management if the can approve if a small child toy can be placed inside with closing the door. What a scam indeed. I traveled more the 50 countries and different airlines never saw like this. You buy a ticket and than pay 90% of ticket price just for a hand bag of 5 kg. SHAME ON EVERYONE IN POBEDA.
Your own employees at the airport were criminals your actions.

Never ever fly this cheap airline
Even a penny is not worth these cheapsters
Because of this stupid guy Andrei (profiling) I had missed 3 flights to turkey ……. Horrible
Infact this is the whole of Russias attitude and deserve what the world is doing to these cheapsters

90dollars totall for a backpack less then 10kilo

I bought ticket Antalya-Moscow with an extra 10kg for 30dollar because my handluggage was little to big size. I can not fly and ad to pay an additional 60dollars! To take only my handluggage to the plane. Its a steal. So never Pobeda again in life for me.

Horrid airline.

Horrid airline.
Horrid customer service.
I fly several times a year. Never, ever had problems.
Missed Pobeda flights not once but twice because of arbitrary rules.

At registration

At registration, they say it's OK to take the guitar on board but onboarding, they say it's not.I paid extra to get from Dubai to Moscow but in Moscow, they wouldn't let me into the saloon as I headed to Chelyabinsk. The same story, in Moscow at the registration, when I showed them guitar they said nothing but onboarding they simply wouldn't let me in. They kept me aside for half an hour and then told to me that boarding is closed and I am late. All my return tickets to Dubai got cancelled too. This is utterly disgusting attitude towards customers

I flew this airline with a low-cost…

I flew this airline with a low-cost airline. Strongly check the size of the luggage to ensure it meets the standard. The liner has a small capacity. The flight was without delay. The staff is ok. In general, everything is average.

Worst ever. Listen this story!

This happens 02 july 2021 So I had valid Russian Visa, plus invitation letter (as Guest Not turism).
They sold me ticket about 2 weeks befor my fly, take money (while they sell ticket they ask also number of Visa)
I come to the airport Bergamo Italy ( made 200km by bus and train as I am from Switzerland) and the they didn't accept me on fly. Because cannot fly for turism.
I try to explain that I have not a "Tourism Visa" but "Guest visa" They didn't let me boarding.
So, if you know that i cannot fly, why you sell me ticket? This is called cheating peaple.
My girlfriend coming from Kursk to moscow by train (500km) to meet me in airport. She had to go back again.
Incredible. i will take legal action agains them. I want my money back for Ticket, Visa, invitation, Insurance for 3 months and PRC test.
Plus moral damages.

The worst airline I have tried

The worst airline I have tried.

They are SUPER strict with luggage, dont even let you take a normal suitcase upstairs in the plane. Will seat you separate even if you booked together and on my last trip from Moscow to Instanbul they failed to warn me that they did not allow non Russian citizens or residents to fly on that flight. They failed to warn me and then while I tried to check-in, no warning either, when i check-in at the airport they made me run upstairs to their office, and only there they told me I could not fly. I had to buy another flight last minute for 3X the price. I will stop using them from now on.

Unreliable, rude, disorganized and very dishonest people

I am suing Pobeda (Победа) as I lost hundreds of dollars in flights and connections all the way to America when I was denied boarding on some lame pretense.

I arrived early at the airport, but was redirected from the check-in counter to the Pobeda office. There I was inquired for more than one hour and asked to present very unusual material, such as marriage certificate of my russian wife, birth certificate of my russian daughter and even pictures of them, that considering I have a RVP (residency) stamped in my passport. This is Soviet era harassment. After much arguing I convinced them I have the legal right to leave the country and they have no authority to prevent me. They sent me back to the check in counter with an authorization. There the attendant fitted my bag into the very small test compartment and printed me my ticket. I arrived at the gate just in time, luckily the boarding was delayed. At the gate, I was removed from the line and asked to wait on the side. After watching everyone board, The attendants, who didn’t speak english, tried to argue why I couldn't board. I tried in vain to explain that I had to catch that flight as I had other connection flights waiting In Istanbul. Finally one of the flight attendants took me to an older flight attendant who asked me to fit my bag in the test compartment again. I did the same as before, but this time she started screaming uncontrollably (in russian) of which I really couldn’t understand a word, until she said, in english: “boarding is closed”. Arguing was useless as she couldn't understand me. I offered to pay any amount, but she said “no money”. Finally I watched them closing the gates, without having my ticket at hand. After the gates were closed, I was handed my ticket and returned to the office. The clerk said I had no option but to buy another ticket from them. I have lost hundreds of dollars in flights, I'm not giving them any more money.

It is my impression now that my name was never in the flight list, they get your money and then try to cook some brushed up excuse not to provide the service they were paid for. To refund is never an option.

My name is Luigi de Francesco

My name is Luigi de Francesco , italian citizen and I live and work in moscow. I would like just to recommend all people to avoid to flight pobeda . Really i do not understand how can exist a similar airline company and how aeroflot ( this company is great and really aeroflot is a king company) can allow the behaviour of pobeda airline.
I would like just to use neutral words but it is difficult with pobeda airline. Sincerely , for all passengers, my suggestion : stronly avoid pobeda. I do not know is pobeda is, absolutely, the worste airline in the world ...myself i will avoid to flight again with this " company " and i will recommend all my friends strongly to avoid this company

S7 is much better

In no case will use this “low coster” again. All in all s7 is
much cheaper and better considering registration costs / far from the city airports / overall feeling of the service. Pobeda looses heavily. I’ve used both companies on the same route to Munich.

Worse company ever

Worse company ever. I found a return ticket for London - Moscow for 92gbp, so I can't complain much.
But just be aware of what you pay for:
- horrible cabin size luggage policy (half of Ryanair!)
- no food served
- most uncomfortable seats ever, probably bought second hand as you can feel already the shape of the people before you.

And I thought ryanair and easyjet were bad...

Horrible attitude to passengers

Horrible attitude to passengers. It's one of those rip off companies that is trying to find its niche on the market and upselling every little thing.
I don't mind paying extra when it's obvious and confirms to standard of other airlines but these guys go all the way an extra mile of customer irritation
