I've used PnZhost for 3 years. In that time the server has gone offline for way more than 24 hours, and in the most recent example all data stored on the server was lost. This latest incident was unapologetic and no compensation was offered. It did give me the kick I needed to find a good host though, so that's something. Avoid at all costs, they are not worth it.
