Bad experiences. Their staff will not provide reasons for issues with orders. Can provide evidence of identity like fingerprints and Catholic beliefs and they will find issues with their customers. DONT TRUST.
Could provide them 100% accurate information, use Paypal, give them ID and a blood sample and they like cancelling orders for no reason. Their staff, especially Tyler, would not look at the facts or provide reasons why there is an issue. I would not recommend based on others reviews and experiences. They are likely to scam you.
The service was excellent. I was a bit hesitant about importing from Italy since I wasn’t familiar with the website, but one item in their catalog had a great price so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, there was an issue with Italian customs and the package arrived damaged. Despite the fact that it wasn’t the store’s fault, they still sent me a replacement at their own expense. Also the communication very easy and very quick, and they adapted to my requests to avoid the customs rip the package again. This level of customer care is rare, if unmatched. If you’re in the EU and considering importing from them, you can do it without any hesitation.
