I am little confused about quality of tyres, but they were my choice. Chinese semislick, very loud, average consumption increased significantly, but good adhesion.

Terrible
Terrible. Incomplete order was sent that I refused to collect and even after more than a week of returning parcel back to this "leader" I have no confirmation of them sending my payment back to me.
Never using this shop again.

Horrible shipping
Even after more than 20 days since ordering and paying, my tire has not been delivered. The shipment was dispatched, but the carrier has not contacted me at all, made no attempt to deliver the package, and I have not been able to reach them. I have no idea where my tire is.

Legit, tyres arrived. I was mostly happy, the only thing was I was not able to choose the tyres by the day when they were made.

3 weeks into delivery, still uable to find delivery adress even though delivery adress was consulted with delivery company-DPD. Demanding refund ASAP.

Disaster, beware of this e-shop!
Terrible experience with this e-shop. On the first view it looks like a czech shop. So I made the order with bank transfer. They have Revolut (me too) and it required payment in EUR instead of CZK, I don't know why - maybe my mistake. Anyway I sent a little bit more to ensure, that it is enough. And nothing happened a few days, so I wanted to contact them. First I found out, that you can't contact them directly, everything is through AI. After that, even if they say a live operator is going to contact you in 24h, they contacted me almost after one week. Then they was saying, that they didn't receive the payment. After 3 weeks of discussing thay agreed, they have the payment. But they wanted from me another 50 CZK (cca 2 EUR) for transforming of currency, although it was their fail, that it tooked so much time to find the payment. I refused and said them to send me the payment back then. It took another almost 2 weeks to get the money on my bank account. By the way - the shop is not from the Czech Republic, but from Azores - Portugal. Thanks god the transaction is over, never again with them!
I was just thinking to give second star just because they are not total cheaters and sent the money back. But it should be of course and not the reason for higher rate, right?
And to your reply: I don't understand, why should I lose more time by opening any ticket. You can notice number of the order - 30870723. It was made on 25.11.2025 and I received the payment back on 7.1.2026. If you want to send me a compensation as apology, you have all contacts you need.
