I found just what I was looking for in the B Stock! Great price and next day delivery - cost free!

Bought a pair of Evox 12 off PMT years ago and my experience was fantastic. I often go into one of their shops when I’m about the county with the show. Always drop a few hundred quid of drum stuff.
I’m a very loyal customer and generally, I was a GAK guy for years. But now they’ve gone, PMT are one of two of my go-tos now. The other is just a drum shop, so I do try and be fair. So recently just picked up some studio monitors, arrived in good time and in good packaging. Gonna plug them in now!

Despite Parcel Force failure to manage next day delivery and an item missing from the delivery. A simple phone call resolved all problems. I look forward to making more purchases from PMT in the future.

Very good customer service

Ordered a synth shown as in stock, but it wasn't. Arrived late and in used condition, with marks and worn keys.

We had amazing 1-1 service from Mike. Really comprehensive conversation about guitars, personal requirements and supporting an intermediate guitar player in stepping up into a new level of guitars. We got to play lots of guitars. Perfect 90minutes.

I have only just placed an order, got confirmation on line and you are asking me "how did we do?" ffs guys! Ask me after/if I get what I have ordered eh?

My Mooer audiophile came on time, was exactly what I hoped it would be and was well packed. I've had my eye on one of these for a while and seeing it at a great second hand price gave me all the excuse I needed to get it.

I have purchased from PMT several times and have always been happy with their service. This particular time was especially good as the guitar I wanted had been reduced from the last time I looked and this prevented me buying the same product from another retailer. The guitar also came very quickly and was exactly as described.

PMT was very quick in sorting my issue. I purchased a Fuel Tank T-REX, However, I found out that the 9v outputs weren't isolated to each other. Unfortunately, the description of the product in their website doesn't mention this. Then, I canceled the purchase, and I asked the refund. They reacted very quickly by giving me the refund the day after and canceling the order for me. Good experience and good timing.
