I wish I'd read all these reviews before ordering. It seemed too good to be true in relation to stock. I immediately asked them to cancel order they said they can't. Checking the tracking looks like it's gone back to start. No idea if and when will arrive but aim to send back if possible. No answers to any further correspondence. Paid via bank so will be on the case.

Deceptive and deceitful

I bought an anxiety toy product for my daughter and received on going monthly payments for a subscription that I did not authorise. I purchased an anxiety product that has now caused me so much anxiety and cost me A$100. I strongly recommend you do not purchase anything from this company.

These are fake products

These are fake products. Toy took a month to arrive delivered from china - although the company address is france. I have contacted them several times but they never get back to you - they use their right to reply on this site but then do nothing. I have a police report and reclaiming my money through visa. You should all do the same.

Good quality fake plushies…

Scam website

I emailed the seller within 24 hours of placing my order to cancel it, as allowed by their policy. They never responded.

This website is completely untrustworthy — they ignore customers and sell fake items. Avoid at all costs.

Warning! Scam!

This site sells fake knock-off Jellycat items. They never respond to inquiries. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This site is ran by the same scammers based in France who run other scam sites like Plushtery and Boogzel Clothing that ship knock-off, low quality drop shipped items from Asia.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE FAKE, CHEAPLY MADE FROM CHINA. The products are NOTHING like the genuine Jellycat products!! I purchased an Egg bag charm, and the shape of the face is hexagonal, stitching is badly done, it was nothing like the genuine JellyCat products. I posted the picture of the product I got from Plushiefy with the original Jellycat product beside it. Left is the original and right is the counterfeit product. This is a website that sells counterfeit products with same the price, don't be fooled!!

FAKE JELLYCATS, FAKE STORE

After looking through their listings of "jellycats", I found it suspicious that despite some of them being rare, all their plushies appeared to be "in stock". Upon looking at their adress, which is listed as "42 Pont René Coty,Nice,Alpes-Maritimes 06300, France", nothing shows up, it quite literally doesn’t exist. Google street view will show you the closest address, which is 25, but 42 DOES NOT EXIST. It is a fake address for a scam business. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Upon messaging jellycat representatives, they are also NOT LICENSED JELLYCAT VENDORS. Absolute fraud, shame on those people for their fraudulent practices, many people have reported not getting refunds and inconsistencies with the address to which they are asked to send the plushies back to. BE WARNED.

FRAUD! Ordered a Jellycat Amusable Mozzarella…

Ordered a Jellycat Amusable Mozzarella from the Store, claiming to be one of their official toys and the company being based in Francy

It’s clearly a bootleg send to me from China which has also been confirmed through the official jellycat customer support where I had send some photos of it.

When I asked for a refund, they wanted me to send the plushie to the states. Complete joke.

Since I can’t answer on here, I am updating my review:

The answer below isn’t making much sense right? I ordered from your shop supposedly in France (as your „shop information“ says on your website), get a shipping from china and I am supposed to cover the cost for a bootleg version to be send to the states? lol.

DON‘T ever buy there. They are not an official jellycat re-seller, confirmed to be after I enquired about their business through the official jellycat support desk. The plushie I got send is a bootleg (also confirmed). Nothing more to say, really.

Good Customer Service

I've been looking for a Jellycat Dorit Duckling for a gift but they have been retired. I came across one on Plushiefy and ordered it immediately. I did my research after and realized this is an online only store so they can't sell real Jellycats. I emailed their customer service and requested a refund if it was not a real Jellycat. Within two days I received notification that the order had been canceled and a refund issued. I have since received the full refund. While I can't speak to the quality of the items I can say there were no shipping charges to Canada- another review mentioned high, nonrefundable shipping- and my request for a refund was actioned very quickly.

Pretty good costumer service

i wanted to buy something, but changed my mind. Afterwards, I mailed them directly with my problem and they've solved it almost immediately. I've asked for a refund and kindly refunded me. I don't know if their Jellycats are real or not, but I can say that the costumer service is pretty good.

Beware of fake products and no real customer service

I ordered a Jellycat strawberry bear from this company and when it arrived it was clearly fake. The serial numbers were wrong and the quality was bad. When I emailed them proof I was told that in order to get a refund I need to pay to ship it to their address in Italy. Even basic shipping from the U.S. will be more than half the cost of the toy, I cannot believe that they do not stand by their products and pay return shipping when what they sell to you is fake. I will be reporting this to Jellycat in London (which Jellycat encourages) and anyone else dealing with this should too. Disgraceful.

Edit: The company is saying that the pictures I provided match the website, which is just false. I provided photos of serial numbers on the tag attached to the bear itself and those serial numbers match totally separate Jellycat stuffed animals (the eggplant bear and black bunny), the fur is threadbare, and there are loose strings. It’s beyond clearly a fake and Plushiefy’s response is nonsense, and further proof of awful customer service.

Counterfeit jellycats

I discovered this company online while conducting a jellycat search. I was looking for Easter gifts for my daughter who is a jellycat collector. The price was customary for the size and type of jellycat and the wait time wasn’t too bad. When they arrived, (from China) I was excited to give them to my daughter. As soon as she opened the “jellycat” bags and held the plushies, she knew that they weren’t right. After some relatively simple research, we surmised that the plushies were fake. The feel of the fur was not right, the proportions were off and the labels (color, fonts and manufacture numbers) were not consistent with genuine jellycats. Needless to say, this was a huge disappointment. I was directed to send them ($36 USD) to Italy in order to initiate the return. Please be aware when dealing with this company. I do not want others to have the experience that I am having. 🤨🙁

Update: After a couple of back and forth conversations, I still do not have a refund. I paid for the counterfeit plushies, I sent them back at my expense and am now out almost $100 USD. The company representative is polite and pleasant but takes no responsibility and has asked for the same information (which I provided right away) more than once. This has been a terrible experience.
