I was scheduled with one Estician but when I arrived for my appointment she wasn't there. I received a call a week prior letting me know she had an opening if I wanted to come then. When I asked if she was leaving I was told no, I knew that was her plan but I wasn't aware she wouldn't be there for my appointment on March 14, 2025. I started coming in October 2024 and I always booked with her. The estitician that gave me the facial, rubbed all the product into her gloves, so there was no product on my face. The music was to loud and. Some of the lyrics weren't appropriate. I hope my experience at the Upper Arlington location is better.

everything, you stole money out of my bank account to the tune of 196.61 with out my permission. at the very least i should have recieved some kind of product, but nothing , you are thieves. i've tried to get it back through my bank they said because i got some kind of sample from you . this is not right and i want a refund,

Ordered on December still haven't got my parcel and I've emailed multiple times and haven't gotten any updates.

Ordered on the 8th thinking over a week will be enough time for delivery. The package has only came today on the 15th! This has caused me a panic as I do not live anywhere near to a shop I can buy the items from for my clients tomorrow. Luckily it came today however will not be ordering from here again. Paying high prices for delivery and taking a week to arrive.
