I have had a terrible experience and never received my $199.00 refund after nearly a year on waiting for a suitable product.
I am afraid this company owned by Bancorp is fraudulent.

Gillie was friendly and so responsive! They asked for more photos of my parents' dog, Muttlee, so they could see him from all sides. The Plush-A-Pet that Gillie created is a perfect match for Muttlee! The attention to detail was excellent, and Gillie captured Muttlee beautifully.

I just received my Plush-A-Pet today, and I am in tears. It feels like I am looking into the face of my sweet girl, Heidi, who passed away nearly two months ago. After a lot of research and skepticism that other companies could achieve a good quality product for the money I was about the pay, I saw the reviews for this one and decided it seemed the most promising. Gillie was extremely diligent in communication and ensuring I was happy with the product before shipping it to me. If you are looking for a trustworthy, great-quality plushy that looks just like your fur baby, you can trust Plush-A-Pet. I've already recommended them to all my family and friends. Thank you so, so much for providing our family with a beautiful momentum for our sweet girl who we will remember forever.

Gillie was fantastic to work with. She was very patient and responsive to all correspondence. The finished product was really great and looked like our Jack Frost. The only thing I would change is the fur material. My daughter and grandson mentioned that the fur is nor very soft and Jack's fur was soft. Overall, I would recommend Plushapet. You won't be disappointed. Thank you.

At first, I was really worried about being deceived.

After all, it's not a Taiwanese company, and the prices are not cheap either.

I felt more reassured only when the seller showed me the finished product.

Upon first seeing the doll, I noticed some areas that needed corrections, but I appreciate the manufacturer for promptly modifying them and turning the product into a satisfactory one.

I appreciate the doll manufacturing company for being willing to customize the product.

A wonderful experience. Our kitty was made perfect. Communication was great. A grieving family has a reminder of our beautiful cat. The care and attention to detail was so touching for us. We had a Plushie made of our little dog, Pierre. The Plushie looks exactly like him....tight, curly hair, bright, inquisitive eyes....now sitting in Pierre's favourite spot of sunshine. The joy it brings to our hearts is incredible.

The artist did a magnificent job. I was given an opportunity to approve after viewing a preliminary rendering. Shipment was very fast. I am pleased with my experience and highly recommend this company.

If anyone is hesitant to go through this company, don't be! I 'took a chance' because I noticed this company was much cheaper than its competitors for customized stuff animals. They did a wonderful job. It took about 6-8 weeks from start to finish to get my stuff animal, but well worth it. They asked for a bunch of pictures of my dog from different angles to make sure they customized it correctly. Before shipping it out they will send you pictures to confirm you like it or if there are changes to be done. Would buy from them again!

Gillie was designing my order but she has now disappeared and will not respond to me. I have contacted Jamie at custom stuffed animals.com and also tan corp manufacturing (as I have been told that is where Gillie should be contacted but not had any replies), as they all appear to be the same company!! I have paid in full for the toy and also delivery costs but have received nothing. This outfit is an utter waste of time and money. COMPLETE DISGRACE!!!

Awesome overall experience. Our stuffed animal looks just like our dog!!! After placing the order it took a few weeks for them to start working on it but once they did they were awesome about keeping me informed every step of the way. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a clone as a birthday gift for my sister who loves my dog. I saw many reviews talking about how responsive and informant they are with the process. I didn't receive any updates about the production/review for the clone.

I ended up receiving it in the mail by surprise since I didn't know they finished it. The end product was incredibly realistic and similar to my dog so that was a pleasant surprise. I just wish that I was informed for review.

Our pet was very lovely. Touched our hearts. Its difficult to capture the spirit of a passed loved one, but our replica was nice. My daughter carries 'Mason' around with her and talks to him constantly. She wishes it looked more like him to her, but he's fine.

Very grateful to Pampanga Teddy Bear.. Through them, holding my long lost fur baby made them possible.. Cloning my fur baby and seeing it's image every day uplift me.. Thank you.. No words can explain how it made a difference of having my fur baby back once again by making it's teddy bear clone..

Love our plush a pet! They worked with us throughout the process of making our big love Buster as close as possible to the likeness of him, to include the color of his eyes! He was blue merle in color, not an easy color to replicate but they did a fantastic job in doing so! The customer service was excellent!! Thanks so much!!

Great work and great customer service

I found plush a pet on the internet after searching a few companies and was very, very happy with them. They communicated frequently and asked for additional photos and sent a prototype for approval. We are very happy with what we got.

Excellent professional service. Staff are very friendly and attentive to all little details. Communication is great. The company sent you pictures of the prototype for review, take in your feedback before finalizing the final product. The stuff animal is carefully packed and wrapped for delivery. It's almost an exact replication of my dog. Love it !

The replication was nearly spot on! The smile and tears on my granddaughter’s face was all thanks I needed. Please accept my gratitude for making her Christmas extra special!
