never arrived, no refund, no address to serve court papers
The picture on their website is identical to the $10 product from wish.com from China. Save the money and order direct from China. *update* The goods never arrived and they refuse to refund us. The website has been blocked, you don't get the owners surname for small claims court. They left the goods "somewhere" and refuse to refund us. The goods should be delivered and require a signature, they left a 200 euro order somewhere they cannot say where, no proof of delivery, goods obviously left somewhere and stolen. Should have used a signature require delivery method.***edit*** they have no street address to serve court papers, totally bogus company

As mentioned throughout our 67 email correspondence with you, your order was never cancelled. You informed us when your order was already in transit to you, that you tried to cancel your order through Bank of Ireland.
All consumers have a right to cancel their goods purchased online after receiving them. This is why we offered the opportunity to refund your order in full once the items had been returned to us.
As you claim An Post has not delivered your items of €134.98 value or you mentioned they may have been stolen from your property, as mentioned previously contact the relevant authorities. An Post has confirmed with the driver on duty that the items have been delivered to your address and this can be confirmed via your tracking information.

I ordered the leash and first it took forever to come in and I do not recommend this product at all! The light doesn’t even work and the cap for the poop bag dispenser was broken. Do not recommend and very cheaply made.

In order for the light to work batteries are required, the compartment can be found on top of the lead with the button at the rear. It sounds like your poo bag compartment was damaged in transit, get in touch and we would be happy to assist.

Luxurious bedding for lucky dogs!!
Fabulous bed for a pooch. The only problem is that I should have ordered the next size. Luckily my sister's dog has taken a shine to it...ai wonder why!

The customer service was excellent. The email tracking link wasn’t working so I messaged the company on Instagram and she updated me and also sent me an email once it had arrived in Canada and was on the way to my house. I would definitely order from them again.

I believe my dogs love the bed
I believe my dogs love the bed, it’s super soft and cozy . Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I asked what size I should get . I have two small chihuahua , only weighing 3 and 5 pounds and the recommendation was to get the small for both of them to sleep together. Well it’s a bit to cramped for both of them. I wish they would of told me to get the medium instead.Still the the bed though
