Don’t book any of these companies (PlusDental, Dr Smile…), they are pure scam!!! The are not even real doctors and they do really wrong things with your teeth.
I completed a “full” treatment with PlusDental; they broke here and was bought by Dr Smile. I just needed the contention retainers (which you use after your treatment). Dr Smile was not replying through any way, so I booked a 3D scan appointment and when they contacted me (thinking I was a new client) I told them what happened. THEY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT AND STOP TALKING TO ME AGAIN.
I went to a real orthodontist to ask for advice. Here is where I learnt that this sketchy places don’t even have real professionals. He also said my teeth were by far not aligned, and he would not help fix them because in his professional opinion I needed more treatment. Turns out that the treatment PlusDental did was so bad that now I NEED A SURGERY I DIDN’T NEED BEFORE. Just to correct what they did.
Save yourself money and effort, and go to a real orthodontist!

SCAMMERS!!! I placed an order for a nebulizer in February. It’s May and still haven’t received it. I reached out to no avail. No response from the company email which is a hotmail address btw. No response from their Instagram. They just took the money and ran.

This company has a decent product, and I received it in time. Before I purchased it though, they would call me once a week to try to sell the product, would follow up on my questions and they were very responsive. As soon as I made the purchase, they disappeared. There is no way of getting a hold of them unless you are willing to spend more than an hour (really) for a couple of days behind the line waiting. This app of theirs is also a joke. Its sole purpose is to sell you the retainers after the treatment, without giving the slightest information about what exactly it is you are paying for, or an option to do another 3D scan to see whether the aligners even worked correctly or not. No one from their so called orthodontists ever commented on any of the required 'progress' pictures that I uploaded.
Their customer service people - when you can reach them are very nice but not well trained at all. They could not resolve my situation, not until I brainstormed with them for half an hour to get a solution.

On September 3, I ordered my retainers through the PlusDental app, which now belongs to Dr Smile. After 8 weeks of waiting, they have sent me the package with DHL and what has arrived is a telescope. The transport company mixed the labels. Now I try to communicate with PlusDental and they don't answer me, and at Dr Smile they tell me that they don't even have my file. Nobody solves anything. I'm still waiting for my retainers. Someone has to take responsibility.

The initial phase from appointments, to getting a correction plan and receiving my aligners went really well. Everything within the expected time-frame for aligner production and shipping. The process to "fixing" my teeth was quite simple and I could see some real progress BUT in the end, it was a lot of money for something that would not last.

That's because of the required retainers after the initial treatment. I never received mine. I used a code for a special offer, that would get me free retainers for two years after the initial treatment. First, I had to contact PlusDental to tell them I finished my treatment and was not sent the retainers automatically, as I was told they would be. From there, it's been e-mails back and forth and lots of apologies for the delay. It's been 8 months!!! since my first inquiry - still no retainers.
To sum it up: Yes, there is improvement if you use the aligners as instructed, but to get lasting effects, you need the retainers, which you probably won't get, without a lot of effort or paying extra for them. Cannot recommend.

To begin with the process was great, easy to get an appointment and the person who saw me to do the initial scan was fantastic. Once I’d paid all the money for the treatment however it’s been a different story. I was told I’d be contacted once my aligners arrived, after two weeks not hearing anything I had to email them, the email responses are slow. I’ve been told I have to have a treatment done before being able to use the aligners that wasn’t told to me at my initial appointment, it’s not clear how you’re able to book appointments for any treatments you might need and once I found out how you were able to the lack of appointments available is surprising considering how flexible they are for the 3D scan. I sent an email with some queries over 5 days ago that has an automated response saying it will be responded to within 48 hours but that hasn’t been the case. I strongly advise not choosing plus dental and to go with anyone else. It’s really frightening knowing I’ve handed over so much money right now I’m not sure what for

I came to the clinic when they were offering free dental check ups. After the check-ups, it was found my bottom teeth was crowded through the 3d viewing. I came to know about it after this. They told that my treatment plans would come in mail which includes the animated video of various stages of progression of my teeth after the treatment.

The dentists were very friendly and polite. They also speak English as well. I need to see them again for my treatment.

Everything from making an appointment for the scan until getting the final proposed treatment was well organized and speedy. When it came to additional conversation requirements after this plus dental became a little difficult to approach and callbacks took a long time. Also the clarification if and how they are able to provide me with my scan data took a bit long and honestly felt like they tried to get me to give up on my request.
However, when it comes to the medical conversations and the expertise their staff seems to have there is nothing I can complain about.

Overall the service seems to be good, but I had issues to book the ASR-Termin. I was given a link to book the appointment but the Praxis seemed to be full, so the same page has a contact form to get back to customers when a date is available. That didn't really work out and I waited for over a week until I decided to contact customer service, who then sorted me out with an appointment at a different Praxis.

I am happy with the initial process, waiting for the future prospects.

Everything was perfect. The dentist really took his time to check my teeth and make the 3D scan. I also talked with him about my situation and he made sure that i understand properly all the outcomes. He ensured me that i will get the perfect smile but not in a way that is promoting the aligner, but showing me how this way will really fit me. Definitely recommend!!!

I had an appointment for 10 but i got there a bit late. They were very patient and explained every step. The procedure was done perfectly and didn't take much time. Everything happened on schedule.

Is good, but the shop is bad. You have to make a note of the order by phone otherwise nothing happens.

I was treated in a very friendly and competent way. The medical examination was quick and everything was explained to me. I definitely recommend PlusDental!

When I got there, I was immediately assisted. I don't speak German but they really tried to speak English as much as they could to help me understand the procedures. Overall, I found the appointment worth it.
