Initial appointment could not have been any better! Friendly staff, timely appointment, central and modern location. Excellent.

DO NOT use this company. I have been waiting since December for my refinement aligners to be sent. I have been wearing the same ones since then. As a result of wearing them for so long (4months) yet only suppose to wear them for a week its now caused me further dental issues with my other teeth. I've had to go to my local dentist as an emergency due to being in excruciating pain. My local dentist confirmed that the severe pain in my teeth is a result of extra pressure on my other teeth due to having the existing aligners in for too long. The intial issue with my bite which has been an issue since December has now worsened and caused more issues due to the delay in receiving my new refinement. I'm in contact with Plusdent on a weekly basis but never get a response to the questions I ask. All I'm being told is sorry and we are short staffed. Thus really isn't good enough. They have known about my excruciating pain for 3 weeks now and have no resolution. I have had to seek legal advice now its that bad.

I'm afraid I've heard this before and nothing happens. Since writing the review I have received my aligners for the top and bottom and the bottom DO NOT fit my teeth. I send images over showing you they don't fit three weeks ago now and I have sent 4 follow up emails affer trying to chase this up and asking what to do next and I haven't had no response from you at ALL and its been 3 weeks now. You make these claims on trust pilot but do nothing after the fact. PLEASE BEWARE PEOPLE. I believe my teeth are now damaged because of you and I have taken this matter further contacting dentistry governing bodies.

Arrived in time, the receptionist was taking my visit straight away, the dental assistant welcomed me straight away who was a nice person, explained to me a lot, he took carefully the visual inspection and scan as i have strong pharyngeal sensitivity. Finished with the cosultation within 30 minutes, was all fine.

I highly recommend this clinic, not expensive at all and also everybody is really nice and very professional

Today was my first visit to Plusdent, I arrived at the wrong time because my appointment was supposed to be at 16:20 and I was at the clinic at 14:20 but the receptionist was very kind and reassured me and helped me with that, 5 minutes and the dentist came and was very kind too and greeted me A cheerful and excited face. The team at the clinic were all helpful and wonderful and I am happy to complete my dental treatment with them. It was also very easy to find the Plusdent location as it is very close to the train station in Hammersmith, only a 6 minute walk after the station.

Very informative consultation with tom today. He was very friendly and answered all questions clearly and easily. I am looking forward to starting my smile journey
