Well wonders will never cease.I actually recieved my order today,thanks Plus Care.

This company should not be allowed to operate,I had no communication from them regarding tracking number or if my parcel was sent.I contacted afterpay&only now have I got a email from the company saying my package is on its way.2 weeks later..I will be contacting afterpay again to let them know that they should not be helping this store..please do not buy from this store

emailed and still haven't heard from them. 4 days now since I've made my orders. Never trust Plus care ever again .

Bought a $180.00 item that has never been fulfilled

This is not a legit business. They delivered way past the delivery date. The box was not containing the complete order. I have emailed 12 times. I have attempted contact via instagram and Facebook. They do not have a phone number and their address is just a residential address. There are reviews everywhere suggesting faulty products and no customer care. Not even sure how I get my money back. Have notified afterpay and will contact ACCC

Ordered and paid for two massage pillows. Received one only. Contacted Pluscare - three emails!! Absolutely no response.

Same as everyone else, I bought this product in good faith ( neck massager ) and it worked once.
Tried it second day and I was receiving electric shocks from it.
Of course I didn’t check reviews until after I discovered the problem and of course emails go unanswered.
Companies like this need to be shutdown.

I paid for a product. they have received my order and i have not received my product. I have emailed several times and no one responds. Do not buy from this company

Paid $200 for a product I never received. Never replied to my multiple emails. No tracking number sent. No idea how they still are allowed to have their website going.

Do not buy from this company it took so long to get my machine and the part was broken , said they would send out another part and never did and will not answer my emails . Don’t even want to give them one star .

I bought a pore cleaner but it was used by another person already . It was evident in packaging inside that was ripped. When I contacted, no reply. What a scam. I recommend if you are reading this review, buy it somewhere else. you would be better off paying more money than dealing with this scam model business

I ordered a Tems machine over 2 weeks ago still waiting on machine to be dispatched, multiple attempts to contact with not one response. So wish I had of read feedback on company. If no updates soon I will be lodging dispute with PayPal

Terrible service, still waiting for an order I placed over 3 weeks ago and they don't bother to respond to your emails.
I have requested a refund on 3 occasions and despite this, it was ignored and now I have received a shipping email for my item which I no longer want and to which they have been advised. I'm now putting in a complaint with ACCC and Consumer Affairs due to their conduct and failure to adhere to Consumer Guarantees.
Obviously the scum of the earth work there and think its acceptable to treat people this way or they are just extremely dumb individuals.

I paid $250 for a laser hair treatment helmet that broke down after a few months and was within the warranty period. After sending so many emails and their response was send a video which was done numerous times about this faulty item they never responded . Be very wary of this group , I wish I read the reviews on here prior to purchasing .

It has been 5 weeks since I ordered and paid for a neck massager. I have sent emails requesting order status and delivery information but get no response. I went onto their chat option but you don’t actually speak to anyone, it is just an automated service that said my order was waiting to be fulfilled. I then asked for further clarification on what that means due to the time constraints so far and the automated response was that they would get back to me, which of course they didn’t. That was last week, so they have had plenty of time contact me. I also went on chat and asked that they give me a full refund as no item has been sent sent and I didn’t even get a response from their automated chat bot, so back to emails.
PLEASE DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.
As the saying goes;

Save you money and pay a little bit more and go to a reputable seller.

Do not purchase anything from this business. They are not reliable business, I bought four items from them and they just sent me three of them. They are sending me messages saying “ I am sorry about that” however do not send me the missing product. Scammers, such scammers! Since 8 March I have complained about it. Avoid this headache!!!

This company is 100% FRAUDULENT!!!! I ever regret not reading the reviews before I purchased anything off them Grrrrrrrr ... they scammed me 😫 my order was placed it appeared legit however they never shipped out my order [EMS red light eye massager] and even after several attempts to email them they never bothered to reply back to me , you BUNCH OF LOW LIFE PARASITES!! I have now made it my mission to put people like pluscare NOT out of commission $$$$ because you lot don’t deserve anymore recognition. I have reported these greediots to PayPal. I hope and pray sooner then later these lying cheats will no longer operate a business & hopefully do some jail time for ripping off countless unsuspecting customers SHAME ON PLUSCARE it’s embarrassing that you don’t live up to the integrity of your name smh.

Big scam 😠 I ordered nearly 2 months ago only got one reply to my order and they said can you wait another couple of days what a con ass holes I want my money back.

Scam guys, I purchased items and received a box with several missing items I've emailed several times and no one will respond.

I did not recieve what I ordered and now I cannot get them to respond to my emails..if they contact me and send me what I ordered I will change my review
