Order on the 18th October, no tracking number and no hoodie.. no correspondence ANDDDD international card fees have been taken alongside the price of the hoodie!! Do they mention this on the site?? No Really bad way to run a company, and they’re not responding to my emails!! Personally I wouldn’t shop with them again!!

After paying 50€ for a _PREMIUM_ hoodie, what I received was a 15$ hoodie direct from aliexpress that was anything but premium, the quality was horrendous and it feels more like plastic than the "100% Premium Microfiber Polyester" they claim on the listing
Search on aliexpress "Zootop Bear" The company name that appears on the label and you'll see all the products PLUR list for a fifth of the price

No delivery!!!
I placed an order on September 24th. as a birthday present for my son who had birthday on October 3rd. The one item is from his grandmother, who is coming this Sunday to celebrate him - and I still haven't got any present for him! This is not okay.
I gave them an opportunity to send the items with UPS or DHL with delivery tomorrow Saturday October 14th on their expenses.... I didn't get any respons to that, so now I cancelled the order!
