This business does not appear to be a plumber or Saniflo engineer; they are simply an aggregator that arranges for other plumbers to attend (anonymous, and therefore of unknown reputation).
My problems with their service are as follows:
1) Poor communication: There was no confirmation of appointment, by text or email.
When I then called, on the appointment day, to confirm that it was going ahead, there was poor reception (so a mobile number at their end). They then called back, on an unrecognised number, and had to ask me for my details in order to find the booking.
2) Very expensive: All their "quotes" are excluding VAT and an admin fee, so don't be drawn in by "cheap" quotes.
In my case, a quoted £79 call-out cost, was actually charged at £95.
They then quoted nearly £600 to clear a blockage. This cost was in addition to the call-out cost.
I declined the job and said that I would undertake some further research.
That research showed that I could get a Saniflo approved engineer to attend, assess and fix the problem for a fixed cost of £140.
I appointed and have separately reviewed them.
3) Unpleasant procedures: The plumber who attended was inconsistent in his advice, and appeared to make a judgement about the problem without investigating it.
He didn't clearly explain next steps. I declined further work because their quote was expensive, but also because I didn't fully trust the engineer's information.
This was reinforced by his further actions.
I asked if the company would send an invoice for the call-out charge, to which he answered positively. He then sat in my kitchen, tapping away on his phone. I had to keep asking him what the procedure was and why he was still there.
In short, he didn't know, or at least gave contradictory information, culminating in his asking me to send him a copy of the call-out charge payment transfer confirmation.
Instead, when I finally received the invoice by email, I sent the payment confirmation to the contact number that I originally interacted with. I showed the payment confirmation to the plumber who attended, and asked him to leave, which he finally and grumpily did. Other, more vulnerable customers, might have found his behaviour intimidating.
As with point 1, procedures and communication were haphazard and unprofessional.
I almost never give bad reviews. I had a leaking water shutoff tap, which was leaking into my floor, so a fairly urgent job. On the initial phone call, they said they'd be with me in 45 minutes. They also said they'd discuss rates when the plumber got there (red flag). They called about an hour later to say they were 30 mins away, and it was another 2 hours before they arrived. But actually all in all they arrived over 3 hours (not 45 minutes) after my call. They just didn't want to lose the job. They tried, initially, to charge me over £500 (inc. VAT, call out and a 15% @admin@ fee) for a less than one hour job. In the end we negotiated £380 cash, but basically this was still MASSIVELY more expensive than Pimlico Plumbers (for example) and I was strung along waiting around at home. I cannot, in good conscience, not give this review, if it helps just one other innocent person make a better choice than I did. I cannot believe they think it's reasonable to charge so, so much for an hour's work - in my opinion it's profiteering, simple as, and the massive disparity between the time I was given shows a total disregard for damage to my property that the water leak could cause.
Emergency leak happened in the back of the wall Friday late night and got fixed in less than 2 hours with the wall back to original shape.

Worst plumber ever… showed up 2h late and wanted to charge me £500 for the same job I had done for £120 with another company. Still charged me £94 for the visit.
Don't use unless really desperate. Call out charge cheap but unreliable and poor service, unable to give hourly rate over phone.
Just so you don't make the same mistake I did, I'll just lay out the facts of what happened to me when I called this company for what I thought was an emergency. My partner noticed water dripping from our kitchen ceiling which we discovered was the result of the bathroom sink overflowing due to blocked plughole (the tap had been accidentally left running). A small crack had appeared in kitchen ceiling, so I felt someone needed to rule out any immediate danger ASAP. I initially tried calling a few other 'trusted' plumbers but nobody was picking up. I called Plumbing Immediately because they stated that a plumber could be sent within 45 minutes. Over the phone I was quoted a call out charge of £89, which I think is about average for an emergency call out (although I have since learned some companies have free call out). The engineer called about 10 minutes later to give me a specific time of arrival, which was about 30 mins. So - full marks for the speed of service! When the engineer arrived, he asked for my email address so that the company could send me a contract. He said he couldn't start any work until I'd read the email containing T&Cs and responded to this confirming my name and agreement with contract. I quickly read the agreement and was staggered by the hourly rate (not pro rata) of £265 p/h plus the £89 call out. I also noted that the start time of the job was the arrival time, so time spent reading the T&Cs was included in the job time which hadn't even started yet! I reluctantly agreed given my other option was to pay £89 for nothing, and then having to find another plumber. The engineer was very friendly and kept me informed of what the isue was and what he was doing to fix it. He tightened the trapping under the bath, unblocked the sink, and added sealant to the bottom of the bath, all of which took about half an hour. Once the job was completed the company send you an invoice via email with a link to pay, and the engineer is told they can't leave until the invoice has been settled. The breakdown of my invoice was: call out - £89; Labour - £265; Materials - £0; Admin fee - 15% of total charge which equalled £53.10. On top of this was added 20% VAT, meaning the total bill for a half hour job was £488.52. I have subsequently researched other companies and the average for an emergency job like this should be no more than £200. Whilst all the additional charges were included in the contract email, I think that the pricing should have been made clear at the original phone call, and/or on the website, because once an engineer has arrived, and you already owe £89, there's a certain amount of pressure to continue with the process, especially if you're concerned about safety and structural damage. Just to be clear, the engineer was great and didn't put any pressure on me, but I would say the charges were unreasonably exorbitant and the whole pricing process somewhat lacking in transparency and clarity. After this experience I would definitely NOT use this company again. I would advise finding a trustworthy and reasonably priced plumber so that you have their details on hand before an emergency happens. Also avoid intermediary companies like Plumbing Immediately and their 'admin' charge. I'm still not sure what the admin fee was actually for, but I'll be querying this with the appropriate people.
Avoid this company.
Extremely unprofessional service and questionable charging practices. We were charged £300 per hour plus a £60 call-out fee, yet an unqualified and aggressive operative arrived without the necessary tools, wasted several hours on site, and failed to resolve the issue.
The operative intimidated our team and refused to leave the premises until full payment was made, despite the work being unfinished and the problem unresolved.
We then hired another plumbing company, who fixed the same issue in under one hour. A request for even a partial refund was refused, followed by generic, argumentative email responses instead of accountability.
This company appears to take advantage of customers in urgent situations. We will be reporting this matter to the relevant authorities. I strongly advise others to be cautious and look elsewhere.
I contacted Plumbing Immediately for an emergency call-out after being told the initial charge would be £69 + VAT.
When the plumber arrived, the problem was not explained or properly diagnosed. I was told it would take approximately two hours to fix without any clear assessment being carried out. During the visit, the plumber also took a video on his phone for social media, which I found unprofessional.
I was then informed that the charge would be £220 per hour and was told the work would take approximately two hours, despite no clear diagnosis being carried out. Including the £69 call-out fee and VAT, this would have brought the total estimated cost to approximately £610.80, which was not made clear to me in advance.
As I was uncomfortable proceeding, I declined the work. I later contacted another plumbing company for the same issue. They completed the job and sent me an invoice a week later , the total cost, including call-out and VAT, was £180.
The invoice from Plumbing Immediately was issued under the name Great Britain Services Ltd, which I was not aware of at the time of booking.
Based on my experience, I found the pricing unclear, the communication poor, and the overall handling of the visit uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company obtain full written confirmation of diagnosis, costs, and company details before agreeing to any work.
Excellent service. Came promptly and explained what he was doing throughout. Very tidy and conscientious. I would definitely use Tony again.

I called regarding a boiler issue and needed an engineer urgently. I agreed to the call-out fee of around £89. The engineer arrived after about 90 minutes and was polite and helpful, explaining that parts would need replacing and asking me to check the invoice before proceeding.
However, when I reviewed the invoice, there were additional charges including VAT and a £100 investigation fee, which were not made clear upfront. The total came to around £228, despite no repair being carried out.
The engineer himself was fine, but the company’s pricing and lack of transparency were very disappointing. I would not recommend this company.
Called an emergency plumber out for a leak behind our washing machine and was pleased when someone arrived within 45 minutes of calling. Little did we know it would turn into a disaster from there. Rahm identified the source of the leak within 5 minutes of arriving, said it would be an easy fix and that we just needed to accept an email confirmation for the work to start and he began straight away. We just left him to it and thought he would be in and out within half an hour if that. So even though the hourly rate was extortionate (£240 per hour or part of an hour) plus the £90 call our charge we were happy to pay it to have it sorted at such short notice before Christmas. The next time we walked into the kitchen this man had ripped half of our kitchen flooring up. When we asked him what he was doing he insisted the flooring needed to come up to make sure the leak had stopped (the leak was completely above ground and he had no reason at all to take the flooring up). He convinced us that this was the best way as he had a special Hoover in his car that would dry out all the flooring for us to be able to relay the flooring in a couple of days. Long story short what should have been a 10 minute job where he just put a bit of sealant around the leak turned into a £600 bill plus needing to pay for brand new flooring as the manner that he had ripped the floor up left the flooring completely destroyed and unusable. We have contacted Rahm since who said he would take this up with the company. But no surprise, we have heard nothing since. COMPLETELY AVOID.
Absolute joke of a company.
I called at 11am on Boxing Day, provided all my details, was told the charges, and assured a heating engineer would arrive within 1–2 hours. There was no further communication and no engineer turned up.
I then had to call back to rearrange as we needed to leave the house at 4pm. The call was clearly handled by a contract call centre. There was no apology at all for the missed appointment or lack of communication. I was told an engineer would attend the next day between 9am and 12pm.
Once again — no communication and no engineer. It is now 3:40pm the following day and we are still waiting, with a cold house and a complete waste of our time.
If they don’t have engineers available, they should not be booking appointments. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care is shocking.
Avoid at all costs. "Plumbing Immediately"...more like Plumbing never!!
Called for a plumber on Christmas day, they were not transparent on the overall charges. They just told us about the call out price of 180 pounds + vat but never mentioned about additional admin fee and the labour fee, over and abive maintenance parts. Felt like a scam as we were stuck on christmas day with the total going up to minimum 600 pounds, wouldve appreciated proper clarity!!!
shower head repaired within no time. great service great worker, fair price 5 stars

Did not disclose full prices when I called them. Claimed the engineer will come in 45 minutes, then 90 minutes and the engineer came after 3.5 hours (i have it in records). Massively overpriced. Unjustified pricing. Just told £69 on call, and then when engineer came told £280 per hour. Hidden admin fee, charge for full hour even if it is 30 minutes over an hour. Please avoid, there are other options even for emergency services. Why do you charge same rate for procurement of valve from a shop and engineer's actual job - cant be equated as the same skill.
Cynical and immoral.
First phone call - £80 for the call-out. On-site quote - £399 per hour (or part of an hour!!) plus 15% admin charge. Final invoice - £750 including VAT and a part I wasn’t asked if I even wanted.
All to unblock a sink. Are you kidding me? Absolute scam, don’t know how they look at themselves in the mirror; everything is deliberately vague and lacking any form of transparency and then suddenly you owe nearly a grand for 30 mins of work which would cost max £150 if you just used a normal local plumber.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. CYNICAL, IMMORAL CON-MEN.
Luka was helpful and knowledgeable and sorted out the problem when we found it. Was out in good time and left the job site tidy. Nice bloke too!
