I’ve just been out to a job where I’ve stuck two lever valves on a system. You’d been here, turned the stop tap off, cut the pipe and put a push fit stop end, and charged the guy £489.60 and left him without water for 2 days as well!
You’re not that clever because I understand that you’re really charging £500 for doing next to nothing but £489.60 sounds specific so it makes it look legitimate and with your wording/terminology on the text you sent him … ‘isolation procedure’ would scare someone into paying this utterly ridiculous price!
I find it funny that you’re call out fee is only £59.00 as well, and I also know what you’re doing here too. That sounds cheap and lures a customer into believing they’re getting a good price leaving them open to being preyed on!
I’m guessing you’re driving round in Aston martins yeah. I’ll be reporting you to trading standards so don’t go changing your company name just yet!

I called, they came within 40 minutes, they finished their work quickly and left, we were very pleased, I also took their phone numbers, I will give them to my neighbors too, thank you.
