Wish I had of read some of these reviews prior to placing my order. I suspect it's a scam website setup to fleece people of their money. No follow up on order, don't respond to email and phone number is disconnected. If Plumbers Best don't wish to receive reviews like this then I suggest they should respond to email, get a working phone or better yet just ship the orders they are taking peoples money for.

Efficient buying process online and prompt delivery.

Scam website, don't use. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to queries.

Order made on 1st February. On 24th February, with no communication as to filling the order I sent email asking to cancel. No phone contact available. Now, 16 march I have email saying order being sent. Too late. I found alternatives. No excuses for not having a viable phone number on web site and not monitoring their email. Avoid using this lot if you can.

Ordered in January 16th, it’s now March. They never sent order and they never reply to emails.

Never sent items, never discussed delivery times even though the site says 1 business day, it’s been about a month already, set a transaction dispute with credit card company to get my money back. Useless scam company that should be dismantled and the business owners sent to jail

5 Star rating on the website. What a joke. No phone no. No reply. NO items.

Have paid for plugs earlier in year, Not received. No reply to E mails. phone number given is non existant. Bank cancelled debit. Plumbers best has again taken money from my account. Same phone number given but disconnected, and according to Telstra is non existant. No reply to E mails.

Easy to order, clear specifications, order arrived quickly. Quality of product good.

100% incompetent. Do not order from this company under any circumstances.

Here's the history:

* I ordered 2x 32mm hepvo valves + 2x 32mm knuckle adaptors.
* About a week passed with no updates.
* Without any human contact they refunded the 2x 32mm hepvo valves and planned to ship only the knuckle adapters.
* I told them to cancel and refund the order which they did with no human reply.
* I bought the valves elsewhere and weeks later realised I needed the knuckle adaptors.
* So I ordered 2x 32mm knuckle adapters again.
* Once again without warning or any human contact they refunded one of the adapters and intended to ship the other.
* Again I asked them to cancel and refund the entire order. But this time they did nothing. No reply. $13 shipping for a $10 item.
* Today I received the knuckle bend.
* They sent the 40mm version, not the 32mm I had ordered.

I've never endured such incompetence from an ecommerce store.

Add me to the list.
Scammed. Lucky i used pay pal.

I bought an item Order #1989 22 days ago and I did not receive this item yet. I sent 4 email and I have no answered. The amount have been debited from my Credit Card, but I still not received my purchase and I am not received any update or email saying what is going on.

Definitely a scam.

I paid using Paypal and am now having to go through the process of recovering funds which is a complete waste of time. I am surprised that Paypal allows this type of business access to their platform given the publicly available information about their performance. Just wish I had done further research before placing my order.

Unfortunately we experienced exactly what all of the recent customers experienced. They took our money and then nothing. No address listed on their website, a phone number that has clearly been disconnected since at least the end of last year. Sent emails that were ignored. Eventually they did respond to one with the subject ‘Hello Scammers’ and claimed to have refunded our money. I had already cancelled the credit card so we will see if the refund is ever processed. I particularly love that they have put all of their ‘great’ trust pilot reviews onto their website and managed to skip all of the negative ones, to which they never respond. If they are a real company and not a bunch of scammers then I feel sorry for them, because they act exactly like a scam operation. If they really are a small australian company struggling with covid and supply chain, then they should contact customers and let them know of delays instead of pocketing your money and ignoring you. I would urge anyone to not use this company.

Nothing has been sent, no contact from business to say if there is an issue or no stock. Have sent 2 contact us emails with no response. You can’t call as the phone number doesn’t work
Im an understanding person and get there can be delays etc in the world we live in at the moment, I’d be happy with a response, any at this stage.
I’m now starting to wonder if I’ve scammed???

UPDATE I got a full refund of my money as asked PayPal to get involved
save yourself the headache don't buy from this company I found what I needed on Ebay was a few bucks more buy arrived after 4 days.

Just as the others. Took a week to "process" the order, but no tracking number provided, has been weeks since placing the order, received nothing. Multiple emails no response, phone disconnected.

Absolute scumbags deserve to neck themselves over taking money and LYING about it being sent. I have ordered previously off this website with no issue, but seems like the owner has hit some trouble and decided to screw everyone over.

Why is this site still up and running, honest people are getting scammed big time by this company. I managed to get my money back from my bank after buying from this site ( No delivery, unable to contact company) . AVOID AT ALL COST PEOPLE, DONT GET SCAMMED.
