To put it simply, excellent service all round. Suspected leak in my property was tracked and traced and resolved efficiently and expediently by an extremely competent engineer Miles, who was, as an added bonus, a real pleasure to deal with; nothing was too much trouble.

Our company contacted Plumberoo for an emergency leak we had in our home. The response was immediate and they came straight away which was helpful and reassuring.
Ben came and dealt with a leak we had in the bathroom and was extremely professional and reassuring but really pleasant and friendly too.

Fraser installed a radiator and relocated the washing machine in my awkward-shaped kitchen, locating the old drainage pipe and adding new pipework as well as a trap to stop bad smells. At every stage he showed me what he was intending to do next, to check that I was ok with it. Fraser also gave some advice on keeping the heating system in good order. He tested the heating and washing machine thoroughly before leaving, and left everything very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the service. We had a severely blocked macerator outlet line due to poor arrangement by the original builder and a bathroom in the middle of the house far from the drain stack and steel beams in the way of a full-sized drain. Plumberoo worked with us to re-route the drain line and divert the bath and sink waste. Now the macerator on the loo is working smoothly instead of working overtime and no need for the pump to chug away when the shower runs.

I would recommend Plumberoo without hesitation. I used the company to deal with a tricky blocked sink waste. The service was quick and efficient - they turned up when they said they would, dealt with the problem in an intelligent and efficient manner, all for a very reasonable charge. We have used Plumberoo in the past for drains work and recently to replace our boiler. Chris came back to me promptly and quoted quickly (unlike another company we had asked, who took weeks and needed chasing!), then we easily found a date for the works. Stuart, who fitted the boiler with Jacob, was fantastic. He arrived on time, worked really hard for 2 days, was super thorough, knowledgeable and conscientious. He stayed late to ensure all was running smoothly after we had electrics issues, and was clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend Plumberoo, a very reliable and trustworthy company. AS I have used Gary's services for over 10 yrs, I can honestly say I wouldn't use anyone else. He's replaced a water heater, as well as multiple kitchen and bathroom repairs. For honest prices and top notch services you won't go wrong with Plumberoo.

I was recommended Plumberoo by a plumber I had used previously, but this time he was unavailable to attend a blocked drainage outlet from the shower tray . I met Jayse at my London flat at exactly the scheduled time and he quickly assessed the problem and how to deal with it. Jayse is very resourceful and managed to get access to the blocked pipe by carefully removing tiles and timber sub-frame beneath the tray to be able to get the power-hose into the small outlet pipe and clear the blockage. Afterwards, he reinstated the tiles and cleared up to leave the place neat and tidy. Had this not worked, the alternative would have been a very costly and time-consuming operation to remove the shower tray completely to get to the blocked pipe.
I'm very pleased with the result and very grateful to Jayse and Plumberoo for nailing this tricky job. I will definitely be using them again and can recommend them to anyone in need of a good, reliable plumber.

Great same day service, efficient and friendly

A plumber came to our flat to replace a cistern. The plumber was very quick in diagnosing and fixing issues, and he was very speedy in obtaining parts. He cleaned up well and tested his installation thoroughly.

There were some initial issues with the invoice that I tried to rectify. My first attempt did not resolve my issue but I was phoned later in the day by a member of the team who was very proactive and understanding of my concerns. He explained his business' view and gave a clear explanation for the prices I had been charged, which left me very satisfied.

Overall, a very good plumbing firm that I would heartily recommend. I look forward to using them again.

We had what I thought was a leaking boiler. Called Plumberoo and I think it was Steve who came round. He found the leak was rain water running down the flue, he climbed into my attic to find my flue had become detached from the wall joints and was no longer attached properly to the roof tile. He promptly repaired this. He said the situation was potentially very dangerous. He then serviced my boiler. Job well done

Been using Plumberoo for a while now and they are simply fantastic. On this occasion it was Tom the heating engineer who quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part from stock he had in his van. Heating back up and running within the hour. Could not fault and will continue to use them. Thanks all
